This has been the best experience possible, my children were born and they helped me with a payment, so I was able to spend this time with my children, it was great, I would like to thank you again for your help, thank you very much!!!!

Disappointing, do not use!

Copy/pasting a customer review we have received as a result of working with Collective Benefits/Onsi. I do not recommend anyone using them as insurance provider, unless you would like to destroy your NPS. We have been in touch with different account managers repeatedly pre and post their rebrand and nothing has helped in improving the experience.

I booked an event on the 5th of August. It went great, however after everyone has left i noticed the damage done to my new hob, a corner has chipped off. I contacted yhangry and was put in touch with the insurance company. This is the worst experience of my life - it takes a week for their email system to load, which means they only respond once a week if you're lucky. It is the end of Nov and unfortunately i am still waiting to be re-reimbursed. First yhangry provided wrong bank details to the insurance company, so the payment bounced. Quite clearly Must be very difficult to copy-paste something sent via an email ... in the meantime yhangry was completely ignoring my emails asking for help with the insurance. It now turns out the policyholder, i.e. chef, has to pay the premium directly to me. Bank details have been shared with him, yet I have received no payment. Insurance wiped their hands and said it has nothing to do with them and i have to contact him directly. Yhangry ignores me. so all in all I have a broken hob and no reimbursement and i have to chase someone whose details i dont have."

Poor services and pathetic experience

I strongly advise against investing in this service. Regrettably, the voucher I purchased for Halfords online payment turned out to be ineffective when I urgently needed to use it. This left me with no choice but to seek car repairs elsewhere and make the payment out of pocket. Currently, the voucher holds no value for me, as there are no eligible purchases I can make at Halfords. I initiated a refund request 20 days ago, but the support team seems to be evading the issue and has not acknowledged my original request, insisting that the voucher now works fine. This has been an incredibly frustrating and unhelpful experience.

Collective benefit helps me to save…

Collective benefit helps me to save some money on my purchase, when I’m expected to spend a great fortune, at least they help me retain something into my wallet. Which is very good thing.

Don't waste your money using them

Don't waste your money as support is hard to find. Bought a voucher but surprise - it's not working in the voucher box. They have a completely different route to claim it and when this didn't work for me I was out of pocket as support is non existent. Ask yourself if its worth it.

hope nothing goes wrong

bought a £80 Morrisons fuel voucher today, they took the money in a heart beat. but NO voucher, non existent, no humans, just ghosted by support. so for all the savings you make, the one time the system fails the £80 they rob off of you will wipe out any discounts you're ever had off of them. complete false economy farce. The time spent sending pointless emails trying to get my money back far out weighs any benefit.

Not reliable and no support

Not good support, in case of the unfortunate issue they don't listen and support. Your money is not safe please be careful using the system while purchasing vouchers.

Peace of mind at no cost- thanks!!

Knowing you are protected is a BiG peace of mind. Heaven forbid in the event of an unfortunate situation. The service being free is great. Still familiarising myself with the app. I hope to benefit from the features and discounts in the future.
Customer Support was responsive when I had a technical issue and it's still being looked into.
