The One-on-One Flavors products I got first were just to sample the basic product and purchase process. The purchase process, speed and quality of shipment, and the products themselves were PHENOMENAL! I have already placed a second, larger order (and have already received notice of shipment less than a day after purchase)— I see myself being a lifetime customer! I was clearly sent an expired bottle of there White Chocolate Bar flavor " it was pitch black even with a light source behind it " and smelled spoiled. After sending a email I got a response telling me that it was fine and that is the way it is. I have bought plenty of OOO Flavors in the past from re-seller's and never got a bad bottle they simple could of sent me a good usable 10ml bottle to replace the bad one but refused...

Definitely a Must Have for any Cook or Baker!
Absolutely love these flavorings! The variety is unimaginable. While being on Atkins diet, these have transitioned my no sugar recipes to taste of foods I never thought I could enjoy again. These delicious flavors are a must have in my kitchen and newly found recipes. The prices are so reasonable and shipping is quick and secure. So glad I found them!
