The vps is fast, no issue. But backup cost extra… I think they should give at least 1 free backup every week.

Good vps overall

Good vps overall. Works fine for my sites, but the panel looks kinda old school. Wish it was a bit easier to use. I run my forex bots here and connection is very stable. On my old host I had random disconnects but here not even once. That reliability really matters to me.

So much annoying service

Omg. Its really bad service. They get Tax from you thats mean services are really expensive and they extra add tax fee plus. Always want so much verify and its really annoytying. Even I wanna to extend my service and they blocked my card without reason. I dont recommend anyone that service never. guys run away for that service

Taxes only apply when you pay with a Credit Card or PayPal (depending on local regulations and your country). However, we also offer cryptocurrency payments, which do not incur extra tax fees.

🔸Regarding Verification:
You have been triggered one-time for KYC(Know Your Customer) verification. This is a standard security measure to protect against fraud. However, we do NOT need KYC for cryptocurrency payments.

We understand your frustration with the recent payment issues. After reviewing your account's payment history, we found that the payment gateway blocked your card due to inconsistent billing information.

✅We have since worked with the payment gateway to resolve this, and your billing information is whitelisted now.

I have tried quite a few RDP services and I can honestly say none of them are comparable to Opera VPS's service. Whether it's customer support, billing or just asking a simple question their response time and willingness to assist is unparalleled so far. I really love there willingness to build an RDP to your specifications, I just wish the prices could be a little lower. Other than that, I only wish I could access my mic and camera but outside of that I have no complaints or concerns, excellent job keep up the good work.

the support experience and uptime

the support experience was great though the products are unmanaged. The support team was helpful in setting my webserver up.
