I couldn't give Opie's Emporium a higher rating. Firstly, the Liver Snaps treats I buy from Opie's Emporium are my dog's favourite by far! I've never seen him get more excited over anything like he does with these. Secondly, Opie's customer service really sets them apart. Beyond the usual emails saying your package has been dispatched etc. Opie's goes the extra mile. Once, a delivery was returned by Royal Mail because I had not been home. Opie's took the initiative to contact me and arranged for the package to be resent. Most retailers would never make the effort to do this, they would process it as a return and you'd have to chase them down asking where's my package. Their conscientious efforts make me feel like a valued customer. I recommend their products as they are natural, healthy and delicious and they take that extra step to strengthen their brand in their customer service. Well done Opie's.

Brilliant service! I was unfortunately sent the wrong item, correct food but wrong size biscuits…so I contacted Opies who had me sent out a new bag immediately and didn’t expect me to return the other.
This is great service and I know have food to give my friends doggies when they pop round to play!

Fabulous treats much loved by both my dogs, I use them for hide and seek games and hidden in amongst recycling paper and boxes for a scent teasing game. They’re excellent quality and a good range of variety too.

Great products my dog absolutely loves. A healthy treat that makes me feel reassured she is being nourished rather than fed uncertain or unnatural products.

I saw this company on Dragons Den. Was very impressed indeed. My daughter has three dogs of which she raw feeds. Every time I have purchased treats for them she won’t allow the dogs to have them. Too many unnecessary additives. But Opies Emporium has no additives, preservatives, artificial flavours or colourings. Just what the vet ordered. Fabulous quality. Well done and long May you last.

We ordered dried sprats and chicken kale tenders, they arrived within a couple of days and our dog goes crazy for them!
It's lovely to give your friend something they find tasty and is natural. Definitely recommend.

The treats are the best I've found, dog loves them and yes they are expensive. The service is second to none, ordered one day here the next. Must remember when I'm down in Glasgow next to visit the shop.

Excellent treats especially the venison and sweet potato snaps, also the chicken and Kale. Both my dogs love them. I still think very expensive for product and delivery, but my dogs love them so would order again.
