Absolutely top quality doggy brand
Absolutely top quality products. Great communication with the sales team and customer service. Our favourites are lamb lungs and dry liver snacks.

Fabulous quick service. Tests are really high quality and save tho give tho my very fussy doodle. Thoroughly recommend. They were also kind enough to send samples of their kibble. .....which he actually liked!

Thank you - Dragons Den!!!!
I saw an episode of Dragons Den where Opie's dog treats were trying to secure a dragon - and l thought "l want those for my dog!" Really pleased with the product. The dog treats are so nice and 100% natural, my dog loves them and it hasn't upset her sensitive stomach. Can't recommend them enough. They are a little bit expensive but that's only because of delivery charges as l don't live near their shop.

Very pleased with the products.
Very pleased with the products but who am I to judge. Brucey my Frenchie absolutely loves the treats. The duck training treats have been a dream as Brucey is very receptive to them.
The pricing of the other products is super competitive. The Yak snack treats are much cheaper than my local independent pet shop.
Have used Opies several times now and impressed with the super fast delivery, even though I’m in the south of England.

Don't talk about customers when they are at the door!!
I ordered online to pick up in store at Hillington which online is states pick up can be within the hour of ordering. I picked up probably an hour and half after I ordered it and waited outside the door with my dog and I heard one of the employers mention something about me picking up the delivery which didn't sound very nice. Don't offer an hour pick up service if can't do it. I spent £26 and my dog loves the natural chews, treats etc. but don't think I'll be back.

Sandra, sincere apologies that you thought we were talking about you! I think what you overheard was a staff member and myself talking about the instore collection option and that it's not set up correctly on the website. It should be "available to collect 1 hour after confirmation email sent" I'm really pleased to hear that your dog loved our products and I really hope you will be willing to give us another chance. You can still chose to browse online and place the order for collection or pop into store for a browse too. Your dog is also very welcome in store too.
Once again, I am so sorry about your negative experience and I hope we can make it up to you if you chose to shop with us again.
