Really underhanded and unfair, suspended my account when I had a substantial balance, would not allow me to redeem. Would not give a reason at to why my account was suspended. I always completed the surveys in a proper manner.
Extremely bed experience, stay away.
They call themselves a "renowned market research provider". It's utter nonsense, cheats. Sounds like it's common that they suspend accounts once anyone builds up a decent balance to prevent them from redeeming.

A great way to share your opinions for extra perks. Sometimes it’s a little annoying that you spend 10 minutes on a survey and you get a message saying that the survey had to be closed for being very popular, so you don’t get any points for your time spent .

Used to be good survey website...
It used to be one of the best survey website but now they disqualify participants so easily, I have not completed a survey successfully for nearly a month!! This is ridiculous.
