Buyer BE Ware

I purchased Moisture & Mood and Vaginal Probiotic Capsule. Their policy is to only refund two bottles on your first order. I ordered them within five minutes of each other and they came in the mail together. This is very misleading as they tell you you have 30 days to try it. this did nothing for me, and I am already taking the vitamins that are inside of the Mood and Moisture.

Will not respond if you want a refund!!!

I have been trying to contact this company 5 different times for a refund and I have not gotten a response… I have gotten so many items from them and when I ask for a refund and tell them I would send the items back I have gotten nothing from them. I will never purchase anything from this company again… and I will tell my daughter not to order as well… at least respond to the 5th or 6th time I have emailed you.

⚠️ I was really disappointed by how I was treated as a customer.
I placed multiple orders for personal use only, and they were all canceled without explanation.
When I reached out to support, I was basically accused of reselling — which is false.
They don’t ship to forwarding addresses or allow you to buy more than one bottle, and the tone of their emails was borderline threatening.

It’s extremely unprofessional to treat customers this way.
I’ve now switched to another brand and will never buy from Opositiv again.

Be careful, they track your address and may ban you without reason

This company uses fraudulent tactics

This company uses fraudulent tactics in a legal way to cover themselves. I ordered vitamins from them once and they signed me up for reoccurring subscriptions that I could not cancel because they have no customer service number and won't respond to emails. And when I tried to get I to this supposed "account" I had with them, the reset your password email never arrived to my inbox after many treys I gave up and canceled the original credit card but somehow my Shopify account was also connected to this opositiv account and months later they began charging a new card that I added to the Shopify account. They charged me hundreds of dollars and then refused to cancel the order minutes after a "reoccurring" charge was put on my credit card. Awful. Will never recommend them to anyone.

Scam

I think it's very telling of a company when they don't react to customer's negative reviews, and they haven't, so... I've cancelled my subscription TWICE now, yet they are STILL sending the product to me and charging me $37. I just cut off their access to my card through PayPal just in case they try it again.

No emails warning you that there is an upcoming delivery like every other company in the world, they just charge your card and tell you your stuff is on the way (this is why I didn't realize I was going to be getting another shipment after I had cancelled the first time). So if you aren't good at keeping up with stuff, don't subscribe. I personally feel this is shady af.

I now have 2 1/2 bottles of this stuff I'll never use, cuz I'm def not going to pay to ship it back, lol that's crazy.

SCAM COMPANY

Echoing what another reviewer said- they have shady business practices. They try to tack on a neverending subscription which is easy to miss if you are not tech saavy.

They have ZERO customer support so if you begin a subscription expect to have to cancel your card because they are never going to get back to you.

My experience.

I must say I really like the products very much however I do wish they would put more effort into their website. Allow me to elaborate I started purchasing their products not to long ago and I noticed that when you click on an item to buy, it automatically places you on a every month subscription meaning you get the same order charged and shipped every month after your initial buy. I tried to explain this to Opositiv through the only way you can email, why they don’t have a phone number for customers to call I’ll never know…however I tried several times from the 13th of December to like the 17th and I didn’t get a response till the 19th almost a week later and the response I received was basically “I’m busy.” And I’m not complaining about that I understand they might have a lot of business however send an automated email saying, “I’m busy I’ll get back shortly.” or something I felt ghosted for almost a week and the worst part is when I tried to explain to the lady who emails me back almost a week later about the automatic subscription she has the nerve to make me feel like I’m wrong and that it was my fault…she said something along the lines of, “We don’t or would never change a customers profile or subscriptions.” Like I didn’t even say all that I just said that their site automatically signs you up for it unless you change it like 3 times. So my only advice to people buying on this site is triple check your cart and be prepared to wait at least a week if there is a problem with your order.
