Ellie was so helpful
Ellie was so helpful, friendly and immediately put me at ease, the whole process was a first class experience. The other members of staff all seemed very professional and friendly too.

Just be Yourself!
I had my interview with Esme. It was such a nice experience she was so lovely and didn’t make it a nervous experience!! The work place environment is so positive aswell, Definitely recommend!!

I was really impressed with whole recruitment process. It began with telephone call for face to face interview. I was able schedule a convenient date for the interview and the recruitment consultant agreed.
During the interview, Cassia was highly professional in her approach.
One of the things I really like about her was the different means in which she will send a message across. She will send you an email and text messages so that you do not miss any important message.
That was very impressive.

Good Experience with Optime
I have applied for a job with optime. My initial correspondence with Optime Group was with Cassia Jordan, whom I found to be extremely polite & efficient in all our dealings.

Birmingham airport interview
I went for an interview to work at Birmingham airport. I was interviewed by Cassia, she was lovely and made me feel so welcome and at ease. After the interview i was contacted very quickly and I got the job. Well organised, kind and helpful at all times!
Kasia is one of the most bubbly people i came across in a while she’s made me feel welcomed and talked me through the whole process answered any questions I had and guided me to the right person.
