Professional. Friendly and helpful.

The staff are always helpful and friendly but the system of posting the prescription is problematic. I have been left with no medication twice with the prescription not turning up. This is only twice but it would make moresense for this to be electronic to avoid delays.

Highly recommend,optimise have been very supportive. Had a recent medication review with David on 15th Aug to look at all of my options of increasing ADHD meds. He was very informative,professional yet friendly. He explained everything very well and gave ne some options to think about. Admin staff very friendly & efficient organisations prescription quickly and always available to answer any queries

I can’t thank everyone enough for all the help they’ve given me. Being diagnosed with ADHD at 45 was very daunting. It was made worse by the 2 year waiting list for the NHS.
I’m so happy I chose Optimise for my treatment. I’m finally getting the correct support.

At first I was a little anxious as the gentleman undertaking the consultation seemed a little abrupt and im not keen on appointments.
Consequently by blood pressure was high , however my anxiety was soon acknowledged by the gentleman who took the time to talk me though controlled breathing and my blood pressure improved.
The gentleman was a consultant psychiatrist and was really lovely in general chat /once the medical questions had been covered .

I am very lucky to always have such lovely doctors. Other lovely Doctor, is off with new baby.
This doctor, I can't remember her name, I've had her for two times about many months. This is my fourth doctor in almost 2 years they've all been so lovely very knowledgeable. They seem to know more than my GPs about everything not just ADHD. She helped me out with sorting out the Right tablets for me. They always help me out in Optimise health care group. They never disappoint always happy with the doctors I see.

I initially had an ADHD diagnosis through Right to Choose, which was really helpful, the Psychiatrist was easy to talk to and put me at ease. Also was able to refer me for an Autism diagnosis, which I was able to do through them. They enabled me to contact the company via e mail, not phone, which I was thankful for. There were helpful during Titration on ADHD meds. Would very much recommend them. Everyone I spoke to was helpful.
