I had an amazing experience

I received a phone call from Oraqual and was asked...

Would I like to get back into studies? Would I like to do a Degree which is FULLY funded by the Government?

At first and I skeptical due to so many scammers on the rise. I felt at ease when I realised they are a legitimate registered company based in London.

Here I am now about to start about to start my Degree in Business Management thanks to these guys!! 🫶❤️

Firstly the customer service, care , responsiveness, ease and support you get is insanely amazing !

A big shout out to the main team - I have to highlight the main guy from admissions Mr Danny Smith ! He was the main person who spent countless time answering all my questions, worries and queries. It was amazing he had the patience to sit through my constant annoyance and curiosity. After keeping up with me he was not only super professional but he was the most caring and selfless person I have spoken to. He made sure I was 100% happy before then assisting me during the entire process from start to finish. It was an extremely easy process with me now enrolled into a master's degree program at an amazing university to study my long awaiting business administration course. I can not explain in the limited amount of words how helpful , kind and fast Danny was in assisting me throughout the entire process.

Secondly his 2 colleagues that also assisted me should be mentioned - names Damian (admissions team) and Alina first person to contact me. They were both amazingly professional, caring and genuinely wanted what's best for me. It's very rare to find such a well communicated, efficient and professional team working hard to help people In the UK reach the next level of their education program / studies. I have very high hopes for what they will achieve as the experience I had was just that amazing. I would highly recommend these guys 100 times over. Especially Danny !

Finally , another shout-out to Danny who ensured my application was successful by instructing me to the best of his ability and reassuring me that if I followed the instructions and had the passion that I would be able to make it into the university of my liking for the course I have been wanting to do for over 7 years. Again thanks a lot, to you and the entire team. I wouldn't be in this position if it wasn't for his customer service.

I don’t quite have the perfect words to explain it all, but I’m deeply grateful to be attending university, something I never thought I’d do again after the age of 50. I’ve come to truly enjoy my classes and, for the first time in a long time, I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.
