The Orchard Clinic Avis 

Always nice to have a meet and greet at the first interaction I feel and that’s what I received, a initial consultation and general health questionnaire which was completed via face to face questions and my consultant (Melissa) inputting my responses without bias. A explanation of what is the best course of action and treatment and she was down to work.
Results so far are that my elbow has more movement than it did when I first went in and I’m in a lot less pain then when I went in without popping pills so to date I would say a successful first visit although I Have booked another appointment in a weeks time and see where we go from there.

I went to see Melissa after consulting google on how to deal with my back pain which did not improve after a few weeks. Melissa was able to quickly diagnose that I was treating myself for sciatica which I did not have and the pain was a result of something entirely different. My pain started to ease from the first consultation following a stretching plan Melissa gave to me and continues to improve daily. She is very friendly and you're made to feel very comfortable.

This clinic is just so amazing.
My 17 year old son who lives with Autism, ADHD, depression and IBS started to have symptoms that needed attention from the doctor.
After going to the doctor it was recommended he have blood tests to determine a cause for the issues he was having.
The nearest appointment the doctor could offer was for 3 weeks time.
This would coincide with my sons A levels and due to the stress and anxiety he was experiencing due to his symptoms I simply couldn’t let it hang over his head for so long.
I found orchard clinic. When I called they were so helpful and personable on the phone I found it reassuring.
I managed to arrange an appointment very quickly.
The clinic was extremely calming, we had no wait time and were out in 15 minutes.
Received the results the next day, written very detailed and so I could understand them.
The whole experience was exceptional and I will continue to use this clinic and to recommend.
The peace of mind it has given myself and my son is invaluable.

My disabled husband needed toenail surgery urgently and I had been unable to find a podiatrist to do the surgery without going into NHS hospital. The Orchard Clinic agreed to do the necessary surgery on both infected big toes and it was very successful indeed. Luke Planter the Podiatrist was thorough, professional and skillful in his preparation, procedure and aftercare. We are very thankful that this has been done! Luke and the Orchard Clinic are very efficient in giving/sending advice and the necessary pre and post information paperwork. I would sincerely recommend this company.

I see Ben Sayer Osteopath for chronic back pain. I first saw Ben in 2017 Where he was quickly able to identify the issue and treat me. After a long period of self management I returned to Ben with a recent flare up. He is professional, competent and effective. I have seen many chiropractors osteopath and physios in my time. Ben is one of the best if not the best. He aims to produce results in the short term, providing managable exercise to support treatment and not have you going week in week out, which is important if like me back pain is something you live with over many years, aswell as for financial reasons. So if you are seeking a decent osteopath I can highly reccomend Ben. I have also had no worries about the clinics approach during the pandemic. Safe and clear approach.

I saw Charlotte at fitness first today following a back injury at the weekend. I felt so at ease with her professional & knowledgable manner. She swiftly located the offending muscle that had shortened & was in complete spasm. She worked hard to release it & having gone in, in only what I can describe as agony, I came out feeling released from the accute pain & back on the road to recovery. Charlotte taught me further exercises in order to complete the recovery. I totally recommend Charlotte, she is fantastic - Michelle Lenehan

Charlotte is an excellent sports massage therapist and clearly has a vast knowledge and experience. I would highly recommend her.

I have been having treatment regularly with Katie over the past few years and have been more than pleased with it. Very informative and helpful with suggestions on how to maintain exercises between appointments. Had acupuncture on my last visit to deal with a persistant pain in my leg.
