Karol helped us design an e-commerce site and develop our brand for an online market with a primary focus on user/customer experience. She overcame the obstacle of integrating 2 platforms into a cohesive system for our back office needs as well as an eye catching shopping site for our customers, and worked tirelessly through many challenges with navigation issues and app integration. Karol went the extra mile to provide operational videos as we had little tech experience and went beyond the scope of the contract to enhance our online presence with additional suggestions and changes for the seamless user experience we were looking for. Orflow Studio created a bespoke football website for the club. Not an easy task as our request was to build it on Shopify. A timescale and fee were agreed and away we went. Both timeframe and cost were met and we were delighted with the results. We are looking to make changes to the site after 2 seasons of minor changes and will be doing this with Orflow Studio.
