You’re priced mid range to higher range…
You’re priced mid range to higher range of organic veg boxes. Unfortunately the range and quality of the vegetables didn’t deliver to expectations. Some products arrived very ripe and turned moldy within a day or two.

We regularly review our prices against organic produce sold in supermarkets and online to ensure our pricing strategy offers good value to our customers while also allowing us to pay our organic farming families fairly.
We are confident that our boxes are priced well, especially when you compare the volume of 100% organic produce that you find in our boxes with other brands and when you consider that we offer free delivery.
We're sorry you found a couple of products weren't up to your expectations - we're working hard to fix these issues.

Very Disappointed
Very Disappointed with our recent delivery. More than half our box had mould (orange, sweet potato, pumpkin, tomato, cucumber). Courgette was split in half. Other produce was over fruit and needed to be consumed immediately. Overall i am very disappointed and will not renew my subscription.

We're a young business and really value feedback - both good and bad - as it helps us grow. From time to time we have issues with our box delivery where produce can be left by the courier for longer than they should have. In these cases we always respond quickly and will do our best to rectify the situation wherever we can.
We're looking into this now to work out what's happened and will be in touch.

All fruit nice and fresh. But One orange was completely rotten. That was a let down.

Ended subscription - sadly wouldn’t recommend
The first couple of boxes were fine, and I was super excited to try them out! Unfortunately, after that it went downhill - most of the boxes had multiple items that were mouldy or bashed to a pulp. Some items were super tiny. Some items listed on the contents list I never got in any of my boxes at all. I got lots of limes in all my boxes to replace missing items which just wasn’t useful for me.

The staff are lovely - friendly, flexible and efficient, reply promptly to any queries and are very helpful and accommodating. Thanks for the great service!

Mixed fruit and veg box
It’s always a delight to receive our Organibox and discover what’s in the box by unwrapping each of its contents. The blood orange squash was a particular favourite in our mixed fruit and veg box. Plastic free organic produce may have a shorter shelf life than the non-organic produce, but we enjoy the challenge of cooking with the ingredients in the order they need to be used up to make sure we enjoy all the produce in the box.
