What an absolute rob dogging company. When I ordered the gummies, they was free, all I had to do was pay postage,absolutely fine with that.
What i am pissed of with, is the face that you have taken 3 more payments from my bank, without my express permission.
I have subsequently looked at your reviews on trust pilot, and everyone says that youve done the same to them, as youve done to me. You have ignored my email. The fraud team from my bank are looking into this matter, and so is PayPal. I will get my money back that you stole from me.

Took three lots of money out of my account and say they have shipped so can't refund, they are conning hard working people out of there mo, stay away from these people

I removed the card.
I asked for full refund but they ignore it even they stole from it. No contract signed or approval from my side. They took 1 years from my card without my knowledge.
I have take legal actions.

This company is the WORST. DO NOT ORDER. They will automatically put you in a subscription and NEVER allow you to cancel it. They will tell you it's cancelled and you'll still get charged...every month. I've disputed and had charge overturned 7 times and have had to cancel my credit card because of them.

Horrible customer service who continually charged me after I requested they cancel my order.

Scammers. Keep taking money every month when only ordered once. Would not trust contents of product either.

Absolutely do not buy anything from this store. They continue to try and charge my card months after I cancelled my subscription. This is a fraudulent company. The first few charges I had to get my credit card company involved to get the charges reversed and they continue to try and charge me.

Consistent with what others have been saying, this 'business' doesn't care for customers. I was initially intrigued by the product and figured I would give it a go and purchased a 3 month supply. This was back in January of 2025 and I was billed again in May, June and now today I received an email of the auto renew of the subscription which I did not enroll in. The email also said to cancel via the portal and the portal has no link to cancel and the contact is via email only.

This is a company which makes it difficult to contact them which is unfair. Regardless of whether the product is good or not, these types of practices are not good. After 4 email attempts to cancel most companies would get the picture and cancel even if no attempt was made to reach out as to why. Do not do business with this organization, you'll be roped into a never ending "it isn't our fault loop" and your bank/credit card company will have to be called to refund any charges - not something that is fair to anyone!

Complete scam. Product is not effective. Does not work and I can not tell a difference. They shipped me 3 month supply and shipped it again the next month. This is a scam.

I bought the organic gummies. A single packet of the gummies. A month later I realised they had sent me a second packet, and they claimed I had selected a subscription. I definitely had not. It has been 5 months of me trying to get them to cancel a subscription I did not sign up for. And the whole time they are saying we cant cancel it and you have to get your bank to cancel it. This is not a legitimate business that cares about its customers, and it seems they are taking advantage of their customers.

This product is a scam. I bought one order in March and still haven’t received it. However, yesterday I was billed for a second order without my approval. Be cautious and do not buy anything from this company!!

I have bought from this company complete fraud they keep taking $200 out my bank account every month,I’ve tried to cancel this by emails no response.
I went into the bank to cancel but can’t get three months money back as it was a monthly prescription.

This is a scam. There is no indication that you've entered into a monthly subscription arrangement and there is no way to cancel it, except by canceling your card.
