Organic Skin Care Avis 

Yesterday I ordered Gehwol Fusskraft Herbal Bath - 14.1oz for my wife. We have used this product for many years having been introduced to it at one of the nicer spas. I have had trouble finding it in the past and was pleased to have it pop up on my search and it being immediately available.

I have and email today saying that it has been shipped.

I am pleased with the quick response and product availability.

My item initially been delayed and I didn’t receive tracking number till I followed up myself and after that been shipped to my billing address than my shipping address which created extra delay and hassle for me to arrange it and I haven’t received my item yet!

I am satisfied with service, chat help option and quick delivery. I am pleased to find products which I was recommended by my esthetician here. Prices are reasonable.

I used it before, I really like this product, my skin is dry, leaves my skin smooth and soft. Good prices, i am Very happy and would recommend it.

Last time I placed an order, my credit card was charged for an item but it was back ordered and I didn’t receive it for a month and a half.
This time I ordered an item, which I have ordered in the past, but instead of receiving the jar I was expecting I received a promotional box that contained a tube of the item I wanted plus two other items. When I select an item based on the picture and description on the website, that is what I expect to receive.
I don’t trust the website or the company anymore.

I did contact you in both instances. In the first I just received many apologies for the delay. The point is you shouldn’t have charged my credit card until the merchandise actually shipped. In the second, I was told I did get what I ordered. The point is the picture of the product on your website, which I had ordered in the past, did not match the product I received. If you’ve change the product, change the website. I have no faith now that what I SEE and order from your website is what I’ll get.

Product is great! I had to email re shipping, but they were very responsive.

It was easy and fast. I would purchase from them again.
