Organic Skin Care Avis 

I am extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from this shop. The shipping process is unbearably slow, taking an unreasonable amount of time for my order (#274416) to be delivered. Despite receiving multiple emails claiming that my order has been shipped, when I check the status with USPS, it shows that the order does not exist. I have sent several emails to the shop seeking clarification, but I have not received any response. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I strongly advise others to avoid this shop.

My review is about Customer service. 5 stars for Ann Dumo. I received an order of Kleem Eye cream but the pump was faulty. I contacted Customer service and Ann was very prompt and helpful in her response. I received a replacement eye cream within a fortnight of my initial email Thank you Ann. I would also like to recommend Kleem products. Excellent results !

This store has lost my trust and I am no longer a customer. I ordered 2 items (Dr. Schrammek Super Gentle Cleanser - 200 ml, Dr. Schrammek Time Control Eye Cream - 0.5 oz) but only received one of them. I emailed, wrote, called, but received no response. I think I lost $82. If you don't want to lose your money, stay away from this store.

didn't notify me of slight back-order until I called, but delivery was prompt once this was corrected

Of the 3 items I ordered, one item was: Biodroga Lotus & Science Anti-Age Night Care - 50ml × 1, priced at $140 (non-discount).
However, that product was substituted for another: Biodroga Anti-Age Cell Formula Night Care – 50ml, priced at $107.20 (non-discount), so 25% CHEAPER.

I see 3 main problems with this order:
1. A replacement was made for an item without my consent. You do possess my telephone number and email address, which would have permitted you to contact me regarding the replacement.
2. The original price (non-discount) for the replacement is 23.4% CHEAPER, resulting in an overcharge.
3. Not only is the alternative less expensive, but it also fails to meet the requirements of my age and skin type.
After mailing back the wrong item, which was delivered on February 6, 2024 no refund was processed since then (today is 2/20/2024).
I called the company twice and never received a call back.
I am profoundly dismayed by such lack of professionalism.

I never received my tracking info within the 72 hour window and it took multiple email and phone attempts to get someone to respond to me with an update.

EDIT REPLY TO OWNER: This is not a fake review. I exist, and i wrote my experience. How convinient is it that you think every negative review is a fake review.

Reselling cheap chinese products and marking up prices to look like they are some premium company. Stay away. See their google reviews, you will see for yourself the truth behind this company.

I love these products! I had a facial at a salon and they used them. I was worried because I have very sensitive skin and a lot of the ones on the market irritate my skin. So glad I found their website so I can order refills!

Merchandise is sent quickly and payments are easy. Products are the real deal. I have never had trouble ordering from Organic Skin. ≥≥≥

great source for organic skin care products. I use Ilike products and they can be hard to find.

I'm a little spoiled by Amazon's turnaround time so wished the delivery was faster, but unlike Amazon they had every thing I wanted.

Received my order in a timely manner and the quality of packing was great.
