Orient watches have no warranty and service centers in Italy
Purchase last December 2018 a model Orient Bambino watch, new with automatic movement. Unfortunately, after a few days of use, the watch stopped working and stopped. Then contact the Italian distributor of Orient watches, web Worl Technologies S.r.l. of Milan, orient-watch.it, without getting any response. After several unsuccessful attempts, via e-mail, I contact the company by telephone and I answer that they only deal with the distribution of Orient watches in Italy, so I ask about the assistance centers, nothing. I also write to the Japanese Orient watch service center, Epson Hanbai Co., Ltd. orient_support at epson.jp, without getting any reply.
There are no service centers for Orient watches in Italy!
I must therefore decide whether to have the watch repaired or if I have to throw it away. But don't new products get the European two-year warranty? This is the Orient policy and this is the "Global Warrant" of orient-watch.com. Congratulations!
