I sent the wrong return part to…
I sent the wrong return part to carparts.com via Amazon. I've tried to get them to return it. But a month later..nothing. They did send me a shipping label for the correct part to be returned but that's only a half step($30 dollar part) The part they got is worth $150.00(my error)The part arrived in Las Vegas, according to UPS tracking number and it appears that it was delivered to carparts.com, aka, GIANT Auto Parts!(?) I've tried calling them but the nuomber is for placing an order, not for resolving issues.
What's even more embarrassing is the part (a back up camera) belonged to a friend of mine. I was returnig it for her,as a favor.
