Problem is that platform making people that runs your platform. Those people 80 % nearly made 2 k to pay for platform. They don't have penny In their name. So im cheated by your platform that os run by bad leaders. So your platform is SCAM.

I have no problem with the software. All these bad reviews are not orionstars. They are reviews of some of the bad actors that have leased the orionstars software. The people should call out the individual store operators the software is legit.

You can improve by giving people jackpots I haven't gotten one in almost a year that's pathetic and your company is too. Do you think people are stupid when you roll something and it's a winner you roll the same exact thing later and it's not a winner it's so obvious your pushing buttons. These people are a scam!! I hate having to write this because this platform used to be my absolute favorite to play on! I have been loyal to Orion stars for several years and spent thousands here and I’ve also won thousands but just in the past year I’ve watched this platform disintegrate to nothing more than thieves and liars! I will be in the middle of game play and watching them steal my money or they will stop the game after wins and mess with your money! They are garbage!! My account has been verified/ my address I'd to make a withdrawal. I made my first withdrawal for 300 bucks . Got an Email 3 days later saying my pending withdrawal was cancelled. I actually enjoyed playing these games and am seriously disappointed because I had made it up to $53 and when I tried to cash out it took several days of them telling me I could cash out the next morning and then when it would be the time I was told to cash out, they would say, “let me check…” and then wouldn’t say anything more until I would ask them if they had found anything out and then they would say, “please wait…” and then tell me to cash out the next day. Finally after four days or so if this they said I could cash out $15 of my winnings since I only deposited $10 (with a $5 bonus) or, as a one time exception I could cash out $25 and they would wipe the rest of my winnings. I took the second deal since it was the most they would allow me to cash out and I refuse to put any more money into it. What’s the point of I can’t really claim what I won? And what really happened to the other $28? Not cool!
