Nice items. Packaging needs improvement.
All the items were very nice, but I took one star off because the packaging of the ornament was nonexistent. I ordered 3 items, two of which were packed well. However, the ornament was just put in a velvet drawstring bag and dropped loose in the box with the two heavier items. There was no plastic bag, no padding, no protection at all. I can't believe it didn't arrive damaged.

Cute wreath
I received the wreath yesterday. It is as pictured. I was disappointed that there was no loop to hang it and that there were silver loops on the bears that needed to be taken off but it is a cute wreath.

The ornament that I ordered as a gift…
The ornament that I ordered as a gift to my sister and niece turned out perfect. It had a picture that I took of their sweet dog who they recently had to say goodbye to and they absolutely loved it. The company was very helpful when I realized that the shipping address was wrong and quickly replied to adjust it for me before it went out. I will definitely use them again.
