We have been using this company for over 5 years, they attend to service our boiler, and deal with other faults when we have contacted them. The office staff are helpful, and the engineers polite and reliable. Highly recommended.

I have just had a full bathroom renovation done by Orrell Heating and Plumbing couldn't fault anything at all from this company, they came out measured up gave a quote, I then went to the showroom booked in a starting date and sat down with Katie and went through the design. My fitters name was Jamie and he never stopped from start to finish he protected my carpets and cleaned up every night before going home his workmanship was second to none couldn't fault a thing he did he went above and beyond to give me the perfect bathroom.

They fixed my boiler, which of course, is exactly what you’d expect from a heating company.

What you don’t necessarily expect is the level of efficiency and genuine friendliness that comes with it. Every single person I dealt with was an absolute pleasure.

Amanda didn’t make me feel awkward about the fact that I hadn’t had my boiler serviced for nine years before calling with an emergency. That alone deserves credit. The engineer who first attended arrived on time and quickly identified that parts were needed, so there was no point in carrying out the service there and then.

A follow-up appointment was arranged, and Jordan arrived within the agreed time slot. He was delightful throughout, fitted the required parts, completed the service, and left everything spotless, you genuinely wouldn’t have known he’d been.

Finally, back to Amanda in accounts to settle the bill. I could have paid online, but I chose to ring instead, and even that was a pleasant experience.

Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommended.

They completed my new bathroom on time and within budget, the work is to a very high standard.
They are very easy to work with and on the occasions I have used them for emergency repairs on the properties I work at they have gone above and beyond.

Simon came to quote for our new bathroom which was being located in a completely different room. He gave us advice on what would work and the layout as we couldn’t visualise it. The bathroom turned out great and the recommendations worked. Our fitter, David was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and his attention to detail was perfect, would highly recommend. We love our bathroom and have already spent hours in the bath! Very competitive price too.

Have my boiler serviced by Orrell every year. Always punctual and professional. The office staff are always so helpful and friendly. Would recommend to anyone!

Very shoddy workmanship, big mistakes like they put the wall tiles down on the floor. We are also waiting completion of the bathroom from a start date of
11 /8/ 2025. There was no follow up or quality check of the work. Would not recommend, avoid at all costs.

Simon was great in getting us the best deal and price for what we wanted, managed to get us in quickly and Ste worked so hard over the three weeks to turn our bathroom into something amazing! 🤩

I've used orrell heating for several years and they have never failed to provide a great service, from the ladies at the end of the phone to the engineers doing the work. They keep you well informed.

He was very experinced with the job he did, He was telling me how things worked.
He altered the pressure also checked that everything was working.
