Back dash cam was not working . Reported in August 2025 and been given the run around . Told endless times we will check tracking and get back to you. Then we have lost all our data chats so need to start again and resend everything on a number of occasions . Emailed no answer so tried the WhatsApp number. Dashcam was ok when it worked ok , if it fails the afterservice is a disgrace . Non existing . chased nearly everyweek and still no better its been EIGHT months

Bought an S900 front and rear dashcam in November 2025. Lead for the rear camera is too short. Contacted Orskey and was promised a longer lead would be sent. Despite contacting several times no lead. Not even a reply via whats app when asked for tracking.
Dont want to install without the long lead as cant trust it will ever turn up. Have until end of January to return . Looks like thats what will happen.

Battery went flat after 11 months. Now out of date and time. Not at all good really. Camera good but needs improvements. Would not recommend.

I have 2 front and rear dashcams by orskey. One for about 10 months and the other somewhat longer.
They give clear defined pictures during the day and good vision at night.
I would thoroughly recommend them.

Bought a front and rear dash cam via amazon but has a fault where it turns on and off randomly regardless of power source.

Contacted orskey who said they were sending a replacement but radio silence from them for five days.

Also they wanted my WhatsApp details and for me to leave positive feedback BEFORE they would resolve the issue.

Product technology very good, customer support suspect.
I have two S800 both with the rear camera add-on. One rear camera refused to work due a fault in the thin cable connector, (proven by swapping with the working unit). Contacted support and they impressed me with quick response and a promise to despatch a replacement cable, however......
4 weeks later and nothing. I will edit this if the replacement turns up.
CSA Lydia also asks for positive reviews, I don't think they should. A.I maybe?

Purchased a dash cam via Amazon, which arrived quickly.
Camera came with a cigarette lighter power cable, (my car does not have a cigarette lighter) and I requested a longer USB power cable almost 4 weeks ago. Customer services say the right things but action nothing. Poor after sales service.

Bought a Orskey dashcam for my car. Great clear screen slim, easy to install and use. Nice picture on reverse camera. Day/night mode great. Awesome value for money.
Takes 32gb sd card. Recommend!!

Have had our Orskey S800 since 2021 so it's very reliable. When things do go wrong or there is a problem with it, the Orskey team are super helpful and responsive. Dispatching replacement parts when things go wrong. Really reputable and competitive product at an affordable price.

The product is super reliable. Whilst we all hope never to need the footage from a dashcam, if & when we do it needs to deliver & in my experience the Orksey does. It was easy to fit & I'm so glad I did. It's presence as evidence immediately resulted in the counterparty admitting responsibility & the fore & aft footage was conclusive. Just received my new Orskey 900 (gave my old one to a friend). Set up and installation really simple hence the reason of buying another one. Received an email from Orskey today to confirm my registration and they've upgraded my warranty to two years. Thank you Orskey. Definitely recommend this product.

I cannot fault Orskey at all. I had 2 cameras for my cars and have just upgraded them both to the 4k versions. Picture and video quality is excellent, fitting is simple and they even come with a 64gb memory card.
Price is very reasonable for such a good bit of kit and if there are any issues Orskey support is easily available to use and their response time is brilliant. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for Dashcam.

This dash cam is amazing! Great picture, very clear. Not too big and bulky, comes with a rear dash cam too. Installation is easy. Would definitely recommend.

After a non repair , they sent me gratis another model. Ok many emails later… but the Car cam updated model arrived today.
This Company goes far beyond customer after sales.
They even sent me a 32gb mc .The rear cam is great repro.
What a Company during these days of rip off Britain ….

Good quality dash cam just what I needed

The dashcam in itself could be better & don't bother with the warranty registration or replying to Orskey (Vivian or Kiky) emails offering you a free warranty upgrade, a complimentary Micro SD card or even a complimentary extension cable, you wont get them(According to other reviews) & my own being emailed by "Vivian & Kiky" offering these. Again, according to other reviews, this seems to be a ploy to boost ratings. Going by the other reviews & my own experience customer service is non existent so don't expect any reliable response.
If for any reason the rear view dashcam or it's cable breaks it is impossible to find a replacement, it has a strange combination of a 5 pin connection on one end and a small HDMI connection that plugs into the front camera on the other end, you would have better chance finding a snowman on the sun than this type of cable.
If you don't care if the rear view cable or camera breaks & will just use the front camera then this dashcam is ok. Don't get me wrong, the dashcam is not bad, but could be better, I am already going to return my Orskey S800 dashcam & replacing the front & rear with a better dashcam, one that has that has spares easily available if needed

I purchased the S900 model of dashcam. It arrived quickly and was well packaged. It was easy to attach to the windscreen on the passenger side, next to the rear view mirror. The recordings are very good, with exceptional night time clarity. I had difficulty reading the tiny font in the instruction booklet but went online and used the instructions online so no real problem. I had help from a couple of different members of support staff, both very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The price of the dashcam was very reasonable and definitely great value for money.

I’ve no problem with the dash cam. I fitted it and it was straight forward. It fits neatly next to my rear view mirror and doesn’t obstruct or obscure my vision. It’s nice and compact.
The only reservation I do have is because it’s left running all the time in a loop and needs very little interaction, I’m now unsure how good I would be at downloading any information from it if ever I need to after a crash or incident. (My IT skills maybe some what lacking…..but that could be said of any make of cam) . Other than that, it’s great.

I had a query and Vivian dealt with it promptly and perfectly. The S800 dashcam packs a punch for it's size and cost. Easy to use, great HD screen, and the G sensor for emergency recording is priceless. Customer service (Vivian) has been perfect. Recommended to anyone.

I purchased an ORSKEY 4K 3channel dashcam with a 24 hr parking. Before having it fitted professionally, I ordered a hardwire kit from you. A problem arose when fitting the hardwire kit that I ordered from ORSKEY web site accessories. The kit had a ‘B’ fitting which the dashcam socket was for a ‘C’ fitting.
Note: The photo on your accessory’s website does NOT SHOW the correct lead in the kit and think this needs addressing.

Having had the dashcam professionally fitted with good understandable instructions. I find it unobtrusive to me or passengers. This model keeps an eye on the children on the back seat and also a little eye on the rear side window passing traffic, giving me nearly all around recording. I can say that I am very pleased with the clear recording data it gives day and night, wet or dry. Do you need a dashcam I hear you say well with the standards of driving in the UK deteriorating its nice to feel if anything should happen (God forbid) I have excellent witness recording as evidence and as I’m a professional driver, the wife and I feel safe with OKSKEY on the lookout. On top of that I have an ORSKEY eye watching my vehicle when unattended.
