Free shipping until you have to return to China? This is a joke scam shoe. How old do I have to be before I stop falling for ads like these? Returning shoes to China? I know it’s gonna be cheaper just to throw them in the garbage and there’s $60 gone. I’m so irritated and kicking myself. I’ve just downloaded trust pilots app and I swear I’m gonna check every time before I buy.

Instead of cheap vinyl, maybe use cloth. Maybe just be truthful. That would be a good start. How can y'all sleep at night, knowing you have tricked people that are pain

I wish I'd consulted this site before I impulsively bought these boots. As others have said, the materials are cheap, smelly garbage, there is nothing remotely orthotic or supportive about it, and the sizing is too small. The company is based in China and if you want to return the product you have to pay shipping. HUGE FAIL

Finally received my order of the OrthoEva ankle boots today. Imagine my disappointment when I opened the pack to find 2 pair of the cheapest looking boots I have ever seen. Nothing like the pictures on your website. The faux leather is so thin you could probably poke a hole through it with a pencil. The material has a horrible chemical smell to it and the boots are not even the size that I ordered! I will never purchase shoes from your company again and will definitely share my thoughts online!

Shoes are really cheaply made. All the materials seem to be synthetic and lightweight. These boots felt like lightweight slippers and didn't offer any support. Zippers did not work.

Ankle high Melinda boots are garbage. Made of plastic/vinyl— I could smell them before opening package. They claim to be orthopedic but are Absolutely flat footbed with no cushion at all. 4 metal zippers do not slide easily, one wouldn’t move at all. I paid $60 and threw them in the trash.

Its lies. Absolutely nothing remarkable about these except the color. Cheap material that feels like vinyl and smells like turpentine. A flat footed, narrow-fitting boot. Nothing about it is special. Don't waste your money.

Don't even know where to start but i should have read the review and return policy. Pay postage to return, a 40% restocking fee, and super super cheaply made shoe.

Shoes are not well made, and very narrow. Sounds like the company is in USA, but it's in china and would cost me more to ship back than the purchase price. DO NOT BUY THESE SHOES!!!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Sent wrong size, I wear a 39, these are 41. One boot has a broken zipper, the others are very hard to zip up. Cheap, Cheap, Cheap material and very uncomfortable. As others have stated very strong Chemical smell that even the post office clerk noted before package was opened. No cushion insole as stated online. To add insult to injury, they sent me a return address in CHINA, with about ten lines in the address. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A RIPOFF!

Shoes were like something a child would put together in kindergarten. Ridiculous especially the sale price at $59. Insane. Totally scam stay away.

The booties I purchased from this company were total garbage. As others have stated, they arrived in a bag and I was immediately overwhelmed by a strong chemical odor. Everything about these booties feel cheap. The material almost feels like a lightweight vinyl/cardboard combo. There is absolutely no gel cushioning in the heel as advertised. In fact, the interior of the shoe is totally hard and flat with zero arch support or cushioning. I noticed that the teeth on the zipper closure on one bootie had pulled apart below the zipper pull. As far as the fit goes, these were ar least a size or two smaller than the size indicated. I could barely put my feet into them and my toes were all jammed up. Not the wide toe box advertised either. Extremely disappointed at how misleading the website is regarding these shoes. Absolutely nothing orthopedic or quality about these garbage shoes. I am sick that I paid $60 for these. No easy way to return them, either.

The package came in a bag with 2 sets of boots. One was the wrong size. I tried to put one on and the zipper kept getting stuck on the fake leather flap. I didn't feel any support from the boots and was disappointed that they were not as advertised.

There was nothing orthopedic about the boots I received. I could have bought better quality in any big box store. They were damaged because they were shipped in a bag instead of a box, and the CARDBOARD toes were dented in. On their website under Returns and Refunds, they advertise a lifetime satisfaction guarantee, stating you can get a refund any time, "contact us for return information." Their policy? Not stated on their website? You can only return to their warehouse IN CHINA! Even though there is a Chicago address on the packaging.

The shoes are almost 2" shorter than my normal shoe, even though it claims to be the same size. There's no way I could wear them, they don't fit and the material the shoes are made from is not strong enough to wear well. Chemical odor when I opened the package was overwhelming! I ordered 3 pairs, the ad led me to believe they were high quality when in fact they are junk! Extremely disappointed and will never buy from them again. Hopefully there's a way to get some money returned.

Don't ever do business with orthoeva. I have been trying to get a refund on a pair of shoes for over 1 week and no one will answer my emails. I give this company ZERO Stars. I had to click on at least 1 star to be able to write a review.

My fault for not realizing the package was coming from China and to return to China - shipping to return almost as much as the very poor quality boots that were also too big. Do not run true to size. Very cheap looking and not at all usable.

I find these shoes cheaply made look like plastic and are not well sized. I usually wear a 10 or 10 1/2. I ordered an 11 and I couldn’t even put my foot in the shoe. My toes were curling when I asked for an exchange I was told that sale Shoes could not be returned and had to either be gifted or given away. This is unacceptable. Since the sizing is totally incorrect. I would definitely not recommend buying from this company. It’s a piece of junk.

I couldn’t get past the extremely HARSH chemical smell of these boots/shoes. I kick myself for not reading these reviews first. The boots and shoes are visually ugly, poorly constructed and literally STINK. They’re either going to be donated (but I feel guilty giving these to someone OMG) or they’re going in the trash. NO EASY RETURNS/ 40% restocking fee / the consumer pays for return to Asia. NOPE, NOPE, AND NOPE.

These boots are GARBAGE. Plastic, TERRIBLY constructed, and when you ask for the "full refund" they promise on the website, they expect you to pay to send them back to CHINA, even though the credit card receipt shows the Netherlands, which is where they make you believe these boots are from. Absolutely terrible. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!! MAJOR SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!
