The shoes are sized too small. Policy say you can return for size. But customer service won’t allow returns

I HAVE NOT RECE4IVED MY SHOES!

I was expecting a lot better quality for the price I paid but the shoes I received looks like they were from the website Wish or Temu. They have little to no support for an orthopedic shoe and they are not comfortable at all. It feels like padding is in the heel and nothing supports the arch. Terrible shoes. I will not be getting anything else from this company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered shoes, they are way too small, they will not let me return them or refund my money. THEY ARE A SCAM!

Iorder two pair shoes on July 27th and i still not recived

I ordered my correct size, but the shoes I received were 1 size too small.
They were also very narrow at the toe box, not wide as advertised.
They refused to allow me to return the shoes or offer a refund.
Then they had the nerve to offer me 50% off if I ordered another pair!

Slow shipping, have not received my shoes

I received an email stating the product was no longer available and that a refund would be issued to me and I have not received a refund yet.

The sneakers sounded like just what I needed, a wide toe, light, and comfortable.
After reviewing the size chart, I ordered the shoes. They took a few weeks to deliver which was a surprise. When I tried them on, they were tight and I couldn’t see where there was any sign of a wide toe. I was disappointed and won’t be recommending them to anyone.

I ordered a pair of shoes and still have not received them July 10th -July 25
Finally received my shoes and they were too small for my toe box where my bunion is and my bunion is not a large one they offered me 50% off of another pair I said no and then they offered me 20% back of my purchase price these are not good shoes do not buy.

Package is coming from China…. Haven’t received yet

Very disappointing,
I ordered the shoes and then found out much later through several confusing emails that they didn't have my size though supposedly the product had already shipped and it was coming from China and no one could give me any information on where it was. If the size is out of stock it shouldn't be available on the website it's not complicated. Again I'm very disappointed and I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody

I still haven’t received my order yet and I paid for it June 26th I tried to cancel my order but they said it was too late because my order was en route and I am still waiting and I can’t even give my review on my paid order because it is still somewhere else.

Goods took 12 days to arrived. After the long wait - they don't fit. The correct size has been sent but is way too small. These are going in the bin. Lesson learned - don't buy shoes online.

Excellent build quality and the air cushion technology really works as advertised.
