Orthopulse Avis 484

Absolutely AWFUL experience. Ordered what was described as an orthopaedic wrist support for carpal tunnel syndrome. Cost £11.90. Packet arrived and I thought they’d sent the wrong item by mistake. Was just a bit of cloth with tacky Velcro, sent from Wuhan in China and with a stated value of one Euro. Complained, Orthopulse said it wasn’t theirs. So I chucked it away and waited for my product to arrive. It never did. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I am contacting the Advertising Standards Authority. Products are shoddy and mis-sold.

I bought two pairs of fleece lined leggings, when they arrived about three weeks later, they were too small. I sent the company an email to state that they were to small, they emailed back to state order the next size up.
I returned the small leggings back to the return address on their website. This was at the beginning of August 2025, now its November 2025. They will not return my money, I sent the leggings back via Royal Mail registered, and I can see that they received the package. I tracked the package on Royal Mail, they had received it in France. No money returned, I will never buy from this company again. Scammers

I wouldn't give then one star but had to. Item not received despite money being taken from account. Avoid!

Product wasn't effective and I wanted to return it. They are ghosting me. Previously when I wrote to them requesting the product's tech specs they were very quick to respond. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Scammers!!!! Please do not buy from them! Item of cushion looked great on website when arrived flimsy plastic looks like it’s from SHEIN which I’ve seen is on there for £6 and I paid £30. Trying to return and it’s not easy yet I’m not stopping and constantly on them. Wish I’d looked at these reviews first.

Very poor quality, plastic tat and arrived broken. Emailed customer services and asked for a refund. Back and forward with emails, then, nothing. My emails rebounded saying address not found.
I have resigned myself to the fact that I won't be getting a refund.
The company is not based in UK, the products are cheap tat. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, BUY FROM A REAL COMPANY, THIS APPEARS TO BE A SCAM!!!

Poor quality product and terrible customer service. I ordered an electric scarf for £29.90, but I wasn’t happy with the quality- it looked so cheap almost like Dog’s collar— when I contacted customer service for refund they insisted keeping to product for 25-50% discount— but it was so bad I would have never used it. There were about 10 back and forth emails. I had to pay £12.40 for return because they need it in France( don’t know why because company is listed as UK). When I didn’t hear anything back after two weeks I contacted the customer services again for refund and they needed a proof for return. Luckily I did recorded delivery because I didn’t trust the seller. After seeing the proof they refunded the money. But very next day after contacting them—I got the product back? I was astonished at this point. When I check the teaching records they didn’t accept the delivery but instead sent it back.
this was second time I bought something from a small random seller and had the same experience. Never buying again! Stay away from orthopulse. I wish I had read trustpilot reviews rather than their own before making the purchase.

No not use this company!!! I wish I had of read reviews before being scammed out of £82.00 for 2 pillows that are our rubbish and came wrapped in a plastic bag! They won’t answer any of my emails requesting refund, atrocious company and if I could have given NO STARS I would have as they don’t even deserve 1.

Shocking company, if I could have left ZERO stars I would have done! They've sent me something which I didn't order, rather than send me what I DID order, not only this, but what they did send me is FAULTY then they just kept on going around and around and around with emails, completely unwilling to believe that I've been sent not only a faulty item but the wrong one. Thanks, I love wasting £26 which I can't afford! Their crap 'self heating' posture corrector went in the bin. I've learnt a very valuable lesson, STOP buying from these people. Horrid Scammers!!

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing! I stupidly assumed that it's a UK based company, BIG Mistake! The product I received is of the worst quality.

Do not use, false advertising - ordered magnetic therapy gloves and no magnets found in the gloves! When emailed to complain said I must return them to a French address by registered delivery which cost almost as much as the gloves. Then found the exact gloves for £1.99 on Termu! Quality was terrible.

Bought a Guardian Smartwatch from Orthopulse. Have gone back and forth with customer support to no avail. Despite the advertising and testimonials neither the GPS tracker or Fall Detection functions work in real time. Dangerous if relied upon for seniors and those with dementia

Bought a Guardian time smart watch… no charger included. Doesn’t work. Cheap & tacky. It’s going straight in the bin. Absolute bag of SH17E. Their website looks brilliant, but it’s absolute con. Do not touch this company with a barge pole unless you want to throw your money away.

Shocking customer service, ordered a support bandage on advise from Physio, took nearly a week to dispatch and then package lost, no apology when contacted twice twice for updates, never delivered, asked for refund and told to wait, raised claim with my bank. Will never order from them again.

Absolutely terrible product, nothing like the video showing spring knee brace. Do not fit, instructions useless, instructions from orthopulse obviously also incorrect. Cheap Chinese rubbish. Not fit for purpose. So far not sent me instructions to return. These things turned up from China!!! I don't buy from China if I can help it. Cheap, crap
