Yep same as others! I wish I had read the reviews beforehand! I’ve waited nearly two weeks for some insoles. This seems like a dodgy company who has taken my money! Using a name Daniel to reply to sporadic emails! I didn’t think this was a company in France, which was confirmed by someone else on here doing some research and finding out it’s in China. I’m so sick of these scams!

I received a plastic envelope, completely wet and crushed. The box was completely flattened on one side, as if someone had sat on it. A total disappointment. It was supposed to have specialized features for older people, but they're missing. One tiny touchscreen that's supposed to control the entire menu (remember, this is for older people, who are usually visually impaired and have trouble navigating tiny spaces). The controls and menus are not designed for older people. It's difficult to find the watch by phone. The user manual is printed in the smallest print, with completely thoughtless and unhelpful descriptions. A disappointingly long wait time turned out to be a disappointment, as instead of a custom watch (as advertised on the website), I received a watch identical to the one on "ago." Except I bought it on that website for £12.90, reduced from £34, while on "ago" it still costs £8. Absolute nonsense, a waste of time and money. The waiting time for this "specialized" package was 14 business days, when it should be up to 10 business days if there were any problems along the way. I'm terribly disappointed and dissatisfied. I don't recommend this shoddy service. When you try to find out where your package is, you keep getting the same message: it's almost here. As for the disappointment, I also learned that you have to pay for shipping to return the item. Furthermore, there's no way to rate the product. In that case, all the reviews on the website are probably written by employees.

I wish I read read these reviews - ordered a knee support thinking it was a UK company - now 10 days later its been despatched but not delivered. I don't need it now! If I had wanted a Chinese one I would have ordered from Aliexpress and paid probably half the price they are charging

Honestly. Please don't buy anything from this company. I ordered 2 small humifiers weeks ago. Not received. They say I put incorrect address details so it was returned to them. This is not so. My address was complete and perfect. Im now asking for a refund but they keep stalling. This week Ill have to take legal advice as to what I do next. Awful, dreadful experience.

I wish I have read the reviews before I bought from them! I have ordered the nasal CPAP for £21 from them as the website seemed to be a UK website! How wrong I was! Not only you get the same item for £7 on Amazon, but the company is not from UK at all! It looked like it comes from France. I called the number to immediately cancel my order and a French answer machine came up, which seemed to be nothing else than a message and the call terminated. So I wrote an urgent email to let them know that as I am still in the cancellation period (less than 24 hours) i like to cancel my order. I received an email back telling me that because they have too many emails every day, they cannot cancel orders and my order has already been despatched and I should wait until the item arrives and then return it! I researched further and I found out that the company is not even in France (wrong address) and in reality in China! This means I would have to pay full postage as recorded and tracked delivery to return the item as they state that only "if" they receive the item, a refund will be made! Do, if you send it the normal way, it will never be received! The costs for that would well outweighs the price of the item itself! Who would ever return anything to China! Disgusting company! What really gets me is that I fell for it as I am overly careful now! But these companies becoming more and more sophisticated in scamming! Ordered the item almost two weeks ago, still don't have it! Not only I still wait even the website states that I should have my order between 2-3 days, yesterday I received another email that it has now (two weeks later) been dispatched, which means the order could easily have been cancelled! This is a dishonest scam to make people believe that it is a trustworthy UK company, then stating it is a EU company based in France and reality it's in China! I have learned now my lesson, I will research from now onwards every company I am buying from! I have to work hard for my money and cannot afford losing a penny to scammers like these! Very disgusting!

Don’t waste your money
They sent the wrong order. Then, they oferred me a discount to keep the wrong order, with items I don’t need.
I chose to send the items back, I paid for delivery to France at their request. When delivery areived to France, they refused it. No refund and lost extra money.

They took ages to respond and when they did, they offered me a 20% discount.
I pushed them for £30% discount, which I was supposed to receive in my bank account in 2-3 days and never received.

Like many of your previous comment from unsatisfied customers I ordered a finger support for my trigger finger in August and recently checked the tracker to find it comes from France!! disappointing as the website said orthopulse.co.uk tried emailing them with no response. Evri have had it in transit for over 2 weeks!! Not sure it will ever arrive. I strongly suggest not using them.

Customer Service is terrible. The website states it is delivering from the UK but my parcel came from China. When I tried to make a return the website states you must email them before hand. So I emailed with my details. It took 3 days to hear back. They asked for a reason which I gave, on the same email tread, that it was unsuitable for my back. I then waited another 3 days to receive a response of 'thanks for your feedback' and instructions of how best to use the support cushion! Nothing about my return. I then went online for more return information and it says i have to pay the return postage to France! This is clearly not a business that has warehouses in the UK and their customer service is deliberately delaying my return.

I wouldn't even give them one star but can't write a review without doing that. Dreadful service. The company seems to be registered in France even though they call themselves orthopulse UK and the product is sent directly from China and takes at least three weeks. Rubbish product also. Expensive and cheap. I don't recommend this company at all. Their website looks very nice but it means nothing.
