FAKE COMPANY

This company is hiding behind the courier reporting that I rejected the item. I was not in at the time. only my cat was at home. I have asking for refund for weeks, not received the item or the refund. This is a Chinese fake company.
Says its English, with French address, goods (don't arrive) from China.

Worst experience with Orthopulse. I don't recommend

This company doesn't even deserve a star.
I also think its fake and should be investigated.I ordered x2 smartwatch on 5July and until now 28 July i haven't received my order. I don't recommend at all. Don't even know if i my order will be delivered .

Avoid This Company If You Value Your Time and Money

If you don’t want to spend hours chasing customer service or trying to fix mistakes that aren't yours—stay away. You likely won’t receive what you ordered, and resolving issues will be a frustrating experience.

If you place an order by mistake, they will not cancel it—even if you contact them immediately before it ships.

Their website claims to have warehouses around the world for fast delivery. In my experience, that’s completely untrue.

Orders ship from China, and they refuse to accept returns, claiming it’s “too expensive.” Despite multiple attempts to cancel before dispatch, I was only offered a 20% refund after finally receiving what they loosely describe as compression gloves.

They list a French office address, but there’s no indication they have a physical presence there.

Customer service is non-existent. Calls go unanswered, and the phone number provided appears to be fake.

Delivery times are far longer than what they promise on their website.

The gloves I received were ineffective. Their excuse? “Everyone has different shapes and sizes.”

Their business policies do not align with UK or European consumer protection laws.

As you read this, I’m likely still filing complaints with consumer protection authorities. I’m sharing this in the hope that others won’t waste their hard-earned money and valuable time as I did.

Avoid this company

Ordered but they wasted time in saying could find the order, really won’t recommend using them. I guess I should have looked at the other reviews first.

Misleading Poor Quality Products

I bought 8 of these bands as Christmas gifts. It is such a waste of money. It doesn't count the number of steps. Instead it counts the hand movement and records that as the step count. Packages were damaged. None of it came in sealed boxes. Very poor quality packaging. I contacted them to return the products. Instead of giving the return details they are trying hard to convince to keep the product.

Absolutely awful DO NOT USE

Absolutely awful DO NOT USE. The item advertised looked great quality but what arrived was a cheap item from China with missing elements to it. They offer no refund and ignore any attempts to try and secure a return and refund. I think they are a cheap company hiding behind a strong well marketed website which tricks you into thinking you are buying something of quality. Please do not give them a single penny of your money. I had to learn the hard way.

This is a cheap chinese outfit…

This is a cheap chinese outfit masquerading as an UK company. Product shipped directly from China - you can get the same product from Temu for a 1/10th of the price. Returns to an address in France (!) and you must pay the trackable return postage. Also, no automated returns process you have to email them to request for one. Avoid.

If not satisfied they won't accept any returns and will only offer you partial refund. I lost my money and will never ever will buy anything from them. I hope this post prevents others from the same experience.

Poor quality product

Product is shipped from china, took 2 weeks to arrive only for the product to be of poor quality. The tape doesn’t stick at all. Extremely disappointed

The worse company in the world

The worse company in the world. They would give you totally incorrect information to get your busuness. They do not have any stocks in the UK but everything comes from China and it takes ages to arrive. I checked with their customer support manager namely Hannah who advised me that there was stock available in the UK and asked me to place an order quickly so she could arrange the item to be shipped. I placed my order and sent her a message but she kept quiet for 24 hours which is the order cancellation window and then tracking appeared that the item was coming from China. I placed my order with an assurance that my order would be delivered from the UK within 5 days. Order is still stuck in customs and there is no way I will get it within 5 days. My brother has gone back to his homeland without the Hip Brace from this company. He bought one from Amazon which got delivered the next day. They are a cone merchant and do not get trapped what they say on their Website or by email. Terrible, terrible and terrible dishonest company. They will tell you all lies to get your order and then God help you when you might get your item delivered. Do not buy from them. Your will regret big time. Look at their reviews.

Cheap nasty hard material and unfit for purpose

The back cushion I ordered and finally received bears little resemblance to their photo. It is very hard material and is very badly marked and crushed. I have emailed their customer service 4 times now in the last 2 days and I am being ignored. There has been no reply. I paid almost £47.00 for this and it's not worth anyth as unfit for use.
