Before Oryx, I was always comparing candidates using different criteria, so I never felt fully confident I was making the right decision. The only thing I’d mention is that it takes a bit of time to get used to the interview flow and the question guide. Once that clicked, it made a lot more sense. Overall, it helped me make hiring decisions with more confidence.
