A terrible course provider - be wary!!
The company is not CPD accredited meaning that the course content is only checked by Osborne Training and the course has errors and outdated material.
Refund. They refuse to refund although they were advised within 14 days. They use the incentive of the tablet as a reason not to refund regardless of when it is received.
They offered an additional one months training - unsure why I would use this when the course is not fit for purpose.
Advised corrections - not rectified.
I regret ever enrolling and would recommend researching the company and their terms and conditions before paying for a course.

The core course content has errors as well as the Beta Trial. They are fully aware of this as I have advised them.
I have posted once. I started the course on the 11th of March and cannot see any other reviews that they are accusing me of posting.
The course cancellation and refund request was on the 23rd of March. They were given the opportunity to correct the MAIN COURSE CONTENT. They did not hence the legal requirement to refund.
I am happy for them to advise Trust Pilot I have posted several posts. It is completely untrue and easy to see on the reviews they have received. This is defamatory and they are trying to discredit me so that my comments are irrelevant. This is shocking!!

Accreditation
The Total Taxation course you enrolled on is not advertised as accredited. It is delivered as a standalone vocational training programme, and all core materials are created, reviewed, and updated internally by our academic team.
Course Content
The core course materials remain available in full. The items you referred to as “removed” were optional Beta trial resources that were temporarily made available to gather learner feedback. These were not part of the advertised curriculum or the course specification. After reviewing feedback, including yours, we removed the Beta items to avoid confusion and ensure all learners follow the same verified content.
Refund Request
Your refund request was declined because it fell outside the 14‑day cooling‑off period. As this did not occur, we were unable to process a refund.
Additional Support
The offer of an additional month of access was made as a goodwill gesture to support your learning, not as a replacement for course quality.
We understand that this situation has been frustrating for you, and we respect your right to share your experience. If you would like to discuss anything further or provide additional evidence for review, our complaints team remains available to assist.
We also wanted to make you aware of an important point regarding the reviews you have posted. We have identified that multiple reviews have been submitted about the same course under different names. Trustpilot’s guidelines require that each customer leaves one genuine review based on their own experience, and posting multiple reviews under different identities is not permitted under their platform rules.
We are not asking you to remove your feedback — you are fully entitled to share your experience — but we do need to ensure that all reviews comply with Trustpilot’s policies. If multiple reviews continue to be posted under different names, Trustpilot may remove them or take action on the account, as this is considered a breach of their terms.

Look elsewhere for training
What a bunch of pirates, training is not accredited and staff/ tutors offer no assistance and then ignore complaints and when someone reviews them they simply complain.

When querying about the course I was just sent copy and paste generic answers from their website rather than actually being provided the answers to the questions I was asking. Sohail was very unhelpful with answering specific questions which is outrageous considering the ridiculous prices they charge

Excellent help from Sohail even at my worst!
Hello, good afternoon.
I am someone who tends to worry when I haven’t fully quite grasp information just yet. So I can get very frustrated. Sohail was really calm and really helpful at getting me the right information. I can be one of those tricky customers because I have been conned before but I honestly am very thankful because Sohail has saved me a lot of stress and helped me find affordable ways in terms of exams fees and other ways to complete my exams. I really appreciate your help. I apologise again if I have been a tricky person to deal with on the phone. It is my first time doing an online learning and I having to be very cautious with everything. I have used Osborne for my Level 2 through a college and they have been genuinely really good so far.

Feedback on a query
First of all I would like to give a huge thanks to Sohail Mumtaz for the outstanding service he gave when I called to ask for information about an AAT in Accounting.
Sohail went far and above to explain about Osbourne, the different types of courses they offered on my chosen subject, and also sent me a test to see what level a needed to enrol in.
I will be enrolling on the AAT Level 2 Accounting and hopefully I would have a better understanding of the course as whole to give a feedback on.

I sat AAT Level exams this centre and i couldn't recommended a better place to sit an exam. It was very friendly and welcoming. The staff really cared about there candidates and how they had done.. they offer help if i needed..Great experience
