Scammer casino

Thats not true they know exatly who i am and what withdrawall i am talking. They send me email last Time 7 days ago and after that no respond. So i tryed this i send email to them Different email address with other name on it and asked help because i was "Making deposit" but i get error message all The Time. That email i get respond right away. So what everyone is thinking? They do not aswer If you asking about your withdrawall but when you asking about deposit they send aswer right away. Also this casino email where can send complaints are not working. You can see address they main page but its not working i tryed to send email that in Hotmail and Gmail and get only error message. Also what license this casino really Have? Anyway My first withdrawall request was pending 7 days after that they canceled My withdrawall request and asked More documents Even i had alredy fully verified account. I Have send all The documents what they Have asked me to send but after 9 days My withdrawall request IS still pending. This casino Has longest proces Times i ever seen!! Warning!! Dont ever deposit to this casino they scam you!

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this casino.

I have been trying to withdraw my own money for over 3 months, and the process has been nothing but frustrating and exhausting. Every time I submit the required documents, they come back asking for more — over and over again — with no clear explanation or resolution.

At this point, it feels like a deliberate tactic to delay or avoid paying withdrawals. Customer support has been unhelpful and repetitive, offering no real progress or transparency.

A trustworthy casino should make deposits AND withdrawals straightforward. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience at all.

If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I recommend choosing a different platform.

Very disappointing.

The current verification request is a standard procedure. Unfortunately, when the requested document was not provided, the situation was presented as if the delay was caused by the casino, which is not the case.

They reached out here and I sent them…

They replied after my initial review here and I sent them email, to which they replied few days later. It is now 4th of February, I have sent follow up email few days ago - no response, still no resolution on my original complaint. Absolutely unprofessional.

0 stars. BEWARE SCAM Casino. Account fully verified, winnings not paid. Liars and scammers have been deceiving me for a month now. They deliberately reject documents and require resubmission to extend the verification period. Once the account is fully verified, they reverse the withdrawal, citing problems, and so on. Thieves!!!

I do not recommend this casino because they lying in their terms

I made withdrawal request on 26.12. And it was rejected because of some missing documents which ive sent and were verified then on 28.12. I made new withdrawal request but the issue here is that is taking to long now on site it says withdrawal are processed within 24 hours in some cases up to 72 hours and now its past this time and it also says withdrawals are processed 24/7 then on support they told me they dont proces it on weekends so they lie in their conditions and im considering it as shady tactis since they have license i dont undesrtand why they doing it. Besides withdrawals and this sketchy stuff i didnt have any issues, deposits were Easy and instant everything was allright besides withdrawal thats why i give 1 star if i receive my withdrawal i will change it but i stole dont recommend this casino becasue even if i receive my withdrawal they just stalling it and lying in their terms on site.

To clarify what happened in your case: your first withdrawal was requested on 26/12 and was declined on 28/12 because some verification documents were still missing. You provided the requested documents on 28/12, and they were successfully verified on 31/12. After the verification was completed, your new withdrawal request was approved on 03/01.
About the timing: our Terms state that account verification may take up to 3 working days (72 hours) from the date of document submission.
This is why periods with weekends or public holidays can affect the overall timeline, even if withdrawals themselves are handled continuously. Additionally, our Terms explain that withdrawals are usually processed within 24 hours, but in certain cases withdrawal verification may take up to 72 hours from the date all necessary documents are submitted.
We’re glad everything was ultimately verified and approved, and we’d appreciate the chance to restore your confidence.

STAY AWAY!

Deposited $50 since this Telegram guy told me to deposit, but he disappeared off the app, so no help with his “AI Bot” to help me with the Chicken Road game on here. It’s ok.

So decided to play myself and I got to the final X multiplier on one spin and was “up” $500 on the road and I didn’t even hit “PLAY” and of course a car runs me over and took all my money.

Had $60 left and same thing. Didn’t even press the button, and “Whoops there goes your money”.

Scam of a casino and probably won’t be back unless I’m desperate for money lol. STAY AWAY!
