Scam company. Took ages to get here then they were wrong and too Small. Told to return to Canada which cost £17. Then heard nothing.

I purchased top and bottom i have tried to use them on numerous occasions i would like my money back please

Came eventually, didn’t say they were coming from Canada. Paid £30 for this set and When they arrived they were huge. Looked like I’d just had Botox, it made my mouth stick out because they were way too big.
Messaged osmilea and they said to return them and they’ll have a look. So looked at postage and it would cost me £15 to send them back. Half of what I paid for the teeth. If they found them to be fine, I’d have to pay another £15 to get them back and not be able to use them as they’re way too big. So would cost me £60 for a set of useless teeth that look like they’re from temu!

Looks like shit, late delivery and won't return money scam

Took ages to arrive. I received 2 emails stating there was a delay and my order had not yet been shipped so emailed and asked for a refund. They said it had been shipped and could not refund me. Informed them about the emails I received and they said it was not possible to get a refund. When the item arrived it was incorrect so emailed again asking to return and get a refund. I was told I could return at my cost to Canada (I live in the UK) and once they inspected the order they would then decide if they could refund me. The company is an absolute joke and has absolutely no customer service experience!
