Amazing Merch and Delivery

I've wanted this adorable Sakura figure since I was shown it at the start of the year and I wondered how to get it for a good price when I came across Otaku Daily, and OMG!! I am SO glad I did!

Overall it was very good and i recommend this website.It doesnt have that many options compared to others but its affordable and quick so it makes up for its self.I was expecting my package at a later date but it came quiet early.Customer service is also good and product quality is great

Kokichi Nendoroid I’m so happy!
My kokichi nendoroid came and it’s the cutest thing ever!! He’s 100% original too. It was a pre order so took a while, but no delays or anything after and the box was kept safe and is in perfect condition. super happy with it!! if the shuichi nendo comes out soon i’ll probably get it off here.

Initially I wasn’t sure of ordering from Otaku Daily UK as I would usually consider Amiami or Hobby Genki and alike when I want Japanese merchandise.
I am so glad I ordered from Otaku Daily UK! At the time of ordering, it was the only storefront I could find the chimikemo mascot I wanted and even better, delivery was much faster than it would have been if I ordered the same product from Japan!

Excellent first purchase from Otaku Daily!
I pre-ordered a Tifa Lockhart plush at the end of December last year and it’s just arrived today (2nd March)! Although the Otaku Daily website said that my parcel was due to be shipped in Feb, I’ve got an upcoming holiday planned for March and was worried that it might arrive while I was away. I sent an email to the customer service team and Nelson was very helpful! He put my mind at ease and was very prompt in changing the shipping address for me. Shortly afterwards, I had an email update to say my parcel had shipped and it arrived within 3 days! Overall, I’m very impressed with the excellent service and communication, and I’ll definitely be coming back to Otaku Daily! I can definitely recommend buying the Final Fantasy plushes from there if you’re struggling to find certain ones like Tifa! She arrived safe and sound and I’m very happy to add her to my collection. Thank you Otaku Daily - 10/10!

I was highly dubious about ordering due to how the website looked. But decided to chance a order on a harder to find item. It arrived well packaged and within a few weeks of the original Japanese launch. I'll be ordering again.
