Otobrush Avis 10

The second time I recharged it, no response. When contacted them I was told that I had to inform them that it wasn’t working within 7 days of receipt. It died at about 4 weeks. They advertised heavily about how long the battery lasts. .??? So they informed me I would not be assisted. Total scam. Out $104.00.

Well it worked for a few days although you only feel a vibration in your mouth but the thing stopped working. If I put it on the charger it will vibrate but when not on the charger it won't come on at all. Don't waste your money.

SO I didn't realize they have a no money back policy, that sux, guess its going in the trash. Mine worked, i guess, i mean it powered on for a few seconds, it was over before i realized it was fully on. It basically just squirts the liquid toothpaste in your mouth, vibes for a few seconds, and its over. I thought I would be able to get rid of my toothbrush, but this thing left my teeth feeling gritty. I had to brush after using this.... I did notice they put a big FDA stamp on it (that instantly made me suspicious), the stamp that matters when it comes to Dental is the ADA and they definitely dont have one of those. Shame on the people advertising this thing knowing it doesn't work.

I'm like others on this page who bought this toothbrush and the extras such as the liquid toothpaste. The only time mine worked was about twice and then it has not worked since. I also received an e-mail from the famous Anthony explaining about the seven days after purchase and was basically told to shove the otobrush where the sun doesn't shine since it didn't work now. I too am going to open a complaint against this bunch of crooks selling stuff that doesn't work and not having enough time to report it when something does happen. Instead of stars for this item they should issue commodes with ten being the highest and worst. I give this company 10 commodes for being a piece of crap.

just got my new Otobrush in was so excited to tire it for the very first time only to find out it do not work like they say it sould. Sham on them it dont brush your teeth at all dont stay on the for the time they say it sould just a complet waste of my hard working money.

Horrible product, they sales funnel you into buying a bunch of extra items that should come standard in a “kit”, doesn’t not clean teeth, only feel the vibration at the front. Return policy does not gauranter money back, only store credit.

Total waste. I would post video of product received if I could. Company and its return policies should be investigated by attorney general. The product I received turned on for 12 seconds, did not distribute toothpaste, did not work! Don't buy! Donate your money to some useful cause if you feel the need to throw away.

Terrible company with a poorly manufactured product. The otobrush stopped working in the first week and I was told too bad. Actual response below:

Unfortunately, due to company policy, as well as stated in our FAQ, all sales are final on all of our products. If you would like to return the product, refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only. We do although accept exchanges, but we can not accept any exchanges unless the product has an internal defect and we had notified about the defect within the first 7 days of receiving the device. Received my unit a couple of weeks ago and it worked for eight days. Contacted the company and was advised that I had to notify them waiting seven days....really? I bought the unit as I thought it would be good for a person with a disability who could not manage a conventional toothbrush. What a shame that this company treats their customers with such disdain. Dont but this product from this company! There are others on the market..one company sent me a free unit after they heard what happened.disgusting!

Wish I could give negative stars, their Otobrush, a supposed automatic toothbrush is absolutely worthless. It does not even remotely perform as advertised, not even close, a complete scam and ripoff! No returns allowed because they’re an untrustworthy and crooked company selling a nonfunctional product!
