Bait-and-switch, broken system, and zero support: AVOID!

I subscribed to Post Leads and was never properly informed they were shutting it down and replacing it with an entirely different product called Otomizer. That alone is a red flag.

After confirming my subscription, I didn't receive my login credentials for 2 days. When I finally got access, I spent hours configuring the account — only for the platform to produce 13 false positive results (all coming from the negative keywords I have set on configuration) from 176 Facebook groups in a span of 6 days. The system crashed repeatedly.

I sent multiple support emails with the screenshots of the errors and crash results over 5–6 days. Complete silence. No response. No resolution. I was left troubleshooting a broken, unfamiliar system entirely on my own.

I emailed them a formal refund request. They ignored that too.

I didn't receive the service I paid for, not from Post Leads, and not from Otomizer. If you're considering this tool, save yourself the time, money, and frustration.

To add on everything I've written, considering that they only launched the software less than a week ago, they already have 12 reviews written on their website.

I paid for 2 months on this website and received no service at all. I contacted support to request a refund, and they told me they would do it only if I purchased another package. That’s when I realized they were scammers. I emailed them saying I do not want any other package and to return my money, but they ignored me and never responded again. Meanwhile, they kept charging me every month. I was forced to close my bank card because they never unsubscribed me.

The same people have now changed their website from ninjaposter.io to otomizer.com, which appears to be an attempt to continue operating under a different name after receiving negative feedback and complaints. My experience with both brands points to the same company and the same dishonest business practices.

Recently, they sent me another email claiming there is a new software with a lifetime license for $399. When I asked them to return my money first, they tried to lower the price to $250 and claimed their policy does not allow refunds. Instead of resolving my original issue, they are still trying to sell me more products and take more money.

Do not buy anything from these scammers. Based on my experience, they take payments, refuse refunds, ignore customer requests, and continue charging customers without proper cancellation.
