I booked this company specifically because they offer a car seat request option. Their policy acknowledges they can't guarantee availability due to last-minute changes, but they commit to scheduling a driver who can meet the request. In practice, that commitment means nothing.

The first driver who contacted me had no idea a car seat had been requested and didn't even own one. I asked to switch drivers. The second driver also had no knowledge of the request whatsoever.

When I complained, the company hid behind their no-guarantee clause rather than acknowledging that two successive drivers were completely unaware of a booked requirement. They issued a refund, but deducted a £7 admin fee, so I was charged for their failure.

Worth knowing: this company owns no taxis. They take your booking, add a premium, and farm the job out to third-party drivers, pocketing the difference. When those drivers don't meet the standard, there's no accountability.

Save yourself the hassle and schedule an Uber directly.

I would strongly advise people to avoid OTS Taxi Company.

In my experience, the company shows very little respect or fairness towards its drivers. Drivers appear to be underpaid while the company takes a large commission from fares. It feels as though drivers do much of the hard work but receive very little in return.

As a customer, I was charged £90 for a journey of around 20 miles that took approximately 45 minutes. After speaking with the driver, I was shocked to learn that the driver received only £40 from the fare and still had to pay an additional airport exit fee £8.50 from their own pocket. If this information is accurate, I do not believe this is fair treatment.

I also found some staff members to be rude and lacking in professionalism. Customer service and driver relations would benefit greatly from additional training and a more respectful approach.

A successful company should treat both customers and drivers with dignity, respect, and fairness. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service and will be using alternative taxi providers in the future.

Paid £120 for pick up from London Gatwick to Essex for a family of 5. We landed on time at 5:30pm and was outside within 20minutes, however, the taxi was not there to greet us. It did not arrive to collect us until 7pm, despite making earlier contact. The taxi was dirty and smelt offensively of stale cigarettes and body odour. After contacting OTS to complain about the lateness of the service, they offered a credit note of £10 for the inconvenience - we were quite insulted by the compensation offer, lack of explanation and apology!!

Same fair for drivers as 2018 drivers earning is 45p per mile cost of living is more then double since 2018 what kind of company is this?

What fabulous service we were picked up at Heathrow Terminal 5 at 6.30am
We were home at 9.30 in Retford Nottinghamshire
Our driver was very pleasant and respectful and let us sleep all the way home

Awful company! Overcharge. Send cars that can't carry the luggage and do not refund or give any fees back if they make an error! Instead I was charged when trying to cancel my second Half of the journey. They also don't have their own cars and route to a third party whom are also infuriating to book with! Never again

Also fraudulent on their website to say they are rated excellent on trust pilot when they are clearly not

I booked a transfer on otstaxi.com for my flight to Edinburgh, and the driver arrived on time. The vehicle was very clean, and we had a nice, comfortable, smooth journey to the airport with no issues at all. I am always booking through them as a happy returning customer. There are loads of websites online looking similar, but otstaxi.com, as understandable from the domain name as well, is the legitimate company providing airport transfers, highly recommended!

Booked this company and was charged £40 for a one way trip to Aberdeen City from the Airport. I had previously used a local Taxi and was charged on £27. After complaining they stated they had no booking in my name. They are a company NOT to use from Airports, please use local ones as they are registered by the local council. I shall try my best to make further complaint to local trading and the Airport itself. PLEASE DO NOT USE

Did not show up & will not give a full refund.
OTS did not arrive to collect me for an airport run which meant I had to drive myself last minute in order to catch my flight.
I had 2 days of meetings planned so had no other option and only just made my flight however this caused me an awful lot of stress and I also lost all of my morning preparation time.
OTS had no solution to not collecting me and were not bothered or apologetic at all.
To make matters worse they are still refusing to give a full refund saying that I still got to the airport & back so should still pay for this service even though I had to drive myself.
Their lack of apology along with the fact that I have had to pay £176 to drive myself to the airport means I will never use them again and certainly would not recommend them.
I was using them every week as I work abroad and they still treated me this badly so I can only imagine how they treat one off customers.
Avoid at all costs!

We were worried about getting to Heathrow from Leeds (we are in our 70s and don’t trust the trains anymore and didn’t want to lug suitcases across London). OTS provided a great service there and back. Communications were reassuring. Will use again.

The car was spotless and comfortable, making the ride to the airport relaxing. I was especially impressed by how well the driver navigated traffic, ensuring I arrived with plenty of time to spare.
