Non-existent customer service.
I was previously a sponsored player and although I chose not to be sponsored by them for the last couple of seasons, I continued to sing there praises as I had always received great communication from them and thought there products were great. However a stick of there's split in half a week after I got it out of the cellophane (which suggests the quality was not great). I have since emailed 3 times to let them know and ask them if there was anything they could do to help me, and have not received a response. Very disappointed and have stopped recommending them to players within the club as a result. Such a shame given how great the company was in years gone by!

Stick arrived promptly, but grip was damaged. Emailed and messaged multiple times but no response. Dreadful customer service.

Received a brand new hockey stick. Took seal of the grip and all the tape came away. Contacted Otter but never heard back. Not impressed with service.

The stick is lovely but the customer service non-existent. The grip was degraded and needed replacing, so I contacted them 3 times. Still no reply, a month later.

My daughter is enjoying the stick however it took far too long to arrive !
And the fact that you have to put the tape on the handle is just crazy for that price !!!

I have always used Grays and swore by them. But I have been struggling with Ariel’s and drag flicking and just thought it was me. I tried a friends Otter and first attempt drag flick top corner. I was worried the lighter stick would affect my hit but I have used it in 7 games and scored 5 goals, and I’m a midfielder. Honestly it has changed my game. 090 ultra low bow is my new best friend.

I’ve been really impressed with Otter’s value for money, quality and their incredibly rapid response times. I can’t praise them highly enough!

Excellent products! Used indoor and outdoor sticks with otter and they've been perfect. The thin profile has helped with reverse hitting and drag flicking (aerials too). I am 100% sticking with this brand, best I've had by far

Superb customer service, good communication, speedy delivery and great products.
My daughter who plays at TA level heard about Otter Hockey from her school coach. She was keen to get the LB95. She loves playing with this stick, her confidence has grown and her skill level has improved so much.
She has the bag now too which is of great quality. I ordered some shin guards which were sadly too wide. The return process was very easy and a refund was issued without delay.
She had a problem recently with her stick but an email to Kyle was quickly answered and he sorted the issue for which I am very grateful.

Quick ordering. Good website. Really helpful as well. I ordered the stick and mistakenly had it sent to the wrong address. One email to the firm and it's sorted. Very impressed.

Kyle was great help! I accidentally received the wrong hoodie in a recent order and emailed Kyle about the mistake. I got a very prompt reply and I was sent out the correct item within a few hours of my initial email and was able to keep all the items. Kyle was very apologetic and the quick service they provide is proof of their great customer service!

Absolutely superb company - great product, very responsive, quick delivery and a very generous sponsor and supporter of our youth team.
I will be using Otter as my go to for hockey equipment based on all the above 5 star service all round.

Otter, it seems to me an exceptional brand, some sticks of impressive quality, and a very modern brand that adjusts to the market in terms of its needs, at this rate it will become one of the best without any doubt.

Otter Hockey have great principles and are providing a great service to their customers. Making affordable and good quality kit, they also provide great customer service. They are also keen to support young/junior players with sponsorship opportunities.

I joined Otter a few years ago and it was the best decision I have ever made, they care about people, hockey, and the environment. I love the Otter family.
