My experience…
Went to garage for first time today for my MOT . From the very start I was made to feel that customer service was so important . I was offered a coffee and Otto showed me my car on the TV screen being done . I highly recommend the excellent customer care , well done

I’ve used many garages over the years, but this one truly stands out. From booking my appointment to picking up my car, everything was smooth and professional. The team explained the work clearly, kept me updated, and completed the job on time.

Amazing Service!
Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish! The team carried out my MOT and service quickly and efficiently. They even collected my car and delivered it back within just a couple of hours. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful.
The evening after my MOT, unfortunately my car was hit whilst it was parked late at night. They kindly checked my car at short notice, examined it in great detail and reassured me that everything was fine. Their care and honesty gave me complete peace of mind.
It’s rare to find such an honest, caring, and reliable garage these days. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone and I’ll definitely be using them again!
