Very expensive . I couldn't see the connections and couldn't bring myself to bring them out for the (adult) grand children - we haven't used it. Very disappointing.

Honestly I believe the reviews are fake. The game is really not a game and should not be marketed as such. It is art on cards and you sit around the table trying to decide which card might somehow relate to another. It is so subjective, it is really just kind of silly and honestly not even very fun. Maybe if you were really high.

I bought this game and started to play with some friends. We didn't find it at all interesting and quickly gave up to play other games. I was not that worried as I had read that they will refund if you are not happy with it. Well they won't refund if it has been used and even if it hasn't it has to be returned to the US (I live in the UK). it would probably cost as much to return it as the game is worth!
My reason for 2 stars is that the game overall and the cards are beautifully produced and the feel of the cards show that this is a quality product.

The cards are beautiful, and were delivered quickly! Looking forward to playing with them at our next multi-generational gathering! When I realized I'd made a mistake on my order, customer service went above and beyond! Thanks!!

First of all, my order was delivered in less than 48 hours!! Secondly, although we haven’t played yet, I am so impressed with the colorful and thorough guide booklet that comes along with it. Inside is full of the many ways you can play with these cards. Also… there are a LOT of cards in the box! Another really great feature in the Nature set (I ordered the bundle), is that the back of the photo cards IS a QR code and you can scan each card to find out more about the photo and the photograph! What a great tool to use with my homeschooled grandchildren!! We are looking forward to playing together this week. From the youngest (6) to the oldest (88) - everyone can be a part of the play! Thank you QuiSi for a fantastic game that engages the mind with perception, observation, creativity, and conversation!!

We recently played this game with extended family - 9 people ranging in age from 5 to 65. Everyone was able to participate and we all had an awesome time! We covered the entire dining room table and then started putting cards that worked on top of other cards. We learned and laughed a lot! Highly recommend.

I have lost count of the number of OuiSi sets I have purchased over the years — for myself, for my grandchildren, for friends of all ages (including in dementia care), and now in memory of my oldest friend as a gift to the library he loved.

John would have liked both the Nature and the Getty Museum sets that I ordered for the public library. They seemed like perfect memorial gifts because the library loans out their game and puzzle collection, so those beautiful cards will be enjoyed in homes around the area, and because the town has many active “memory care” organizations that might benefit from them, as well.

Ordering was a snap, and the cards were delivered in just a few days. I’m not sure the head of the library knew they were coming, but I heard that she was thrilled to add them to the collection. OuiSi cards are always one of the first things I think of when I’m looking for a special gift.

I enjoy working with the photo cards as an avenue into thoughtful conversation with the adult students I supervise in a teaching program.
OuiSi allows us to be reflective, provides purpose, and removes any possibility of a barrier to productive discourse.

I can not say enough positive things about this company. I heard about the OuiSi game a few years ago and really wanted to try it but since I had only seen it marketed on social media and did not know anyone who had the game I was hesitant to spend the money.
But the past two years my husband (who is also a bit older than me) started caring for his father with dementia; so issues related to memory and brain health have been on our minds more and more lately.
I decided to order the game for Christmas thinking that it could be a fun way to exercise our brains and hopeful that it might be a way for my husband to still engage with his declining father. Unfortunately, before we ever got a chance to try the game it was stolen with some luggage while we traveled during the holidays. Then one day when I was cleaning out emails I noticed one from OuiSi asking me for a review of their product, I replied with a quick sentence stating that "sadly, I couldn't review it because it had gotten stolen with some luggage", I never expected my reply would be read by a real person much less responded to, I was mainly just blowing off steam because I was disappointed about the loss. Within minutes a real person had replied telling me they were sorry that had happened to us and offered to send us a free replacement! I was astonished, to say the least, and when I replied to express my gratitude I also mentioned our family member with dementia. Then I got another email from this kind and compassionate OuiSi team member with a link to a blog post on how the game might be helpful in the context of people with dementia.
Our lives are extremely busy in this particular season so I'm afraid I don't typically take time to write reviews but when you experience such remarkably positive and compassionate customer service as we have with OuiSi, you have to take the time to acknowledge that.
I should also add that my original order of the game arrived quickly and exactly when they said it would and all email communication regarding that order was timely and concise and I have not been bombarded with a torrent of junk or marketing emails as so often happens with online purchases.
This purchase was likely the most positive online shopping experience I have ever had.

Lovely game, beautifully designed; everything from the incredible pictures to the feel of the cards really showcases the love poured into this game. Even the box is of incredible quality. We love OuiSi for the open-ended nature, and we also enjoy trying the included games and ideas. Playing OuiSi can be a riot of a good time or it can foster quiet moments of brilliance and family bonding. I can't wait to see what these creators come up with next. Bravo!

I am a high school art teacher and use the game in my classroom to visually illustrate art vocabulary. A few example words are: curvilinear, rectilinear, visual texture, abstract, warm colors, cool colors, analogous colors... Sometimes I use expressive words like: joyous, love, scared, angry, frustrated... It is a fun way to learn with visuals.

There are so many ways to "play" OuiSi...and we haven't even opened the ideas booklet that came with the set. My grandson and I love to play on the floor and see where our matching cards leads. I enjoy pulling one out as I go outside for a walk and think about connections between my environment and the card. OuiSi's Nature set has just arrived, and we're anxious to see what lies ahead. Likely the cards will spark our connection to the images. I predict lots of story-telling ahead.

At last! A game for people who think for a living. We have played this multiple times and it never turns out the same. The pictures are beautiful. We like to see who can make the most clever connection. Next time, we're going to try a classic film theme. We will begin with four cards and compete to see who comes closest to building a scene from a classic movie. I'm not sure we're doing it right--ha ha! That's another good quality because we geniuses don't play by the rules until we invent the rules. Countless hours of fun.

Wow! There's so many good things to say about this company! The customer service I received through the process of ordering and shipment was amazing. There was a situation that came up and I sadly needed to consider returning Ouisi, which I purchased for my kids and students. These people worked with me, replied to my emails promptly, and were ever so kind! I can proudly say I'm fortunate to have stumbled upon this company and game, which is truly, as they say, relaxing and delightful to play! It is especially wonderful to use with my multilingual learners! There are so many playing options in one set. I love, love, LOVE Ouisi and I look forward to ordering again the future!

I purchased four of these games as Gifts,distributed amongst three generations. Recipients were amazed at the beautiful photography and fun ways to look at the images as the games unfolded. Without hesitation, there will be more purchased for others on my gift list adding beauty, fun and connection via the games.

OuiSi is fun and engaging. I bought the original version and the Getty version to play with my grandkids as an alternative to time spent on technology. The pictures are bright and engaging. OuiSi is challenging in that you look for connections among pictures. It is engaging because participants can justify why they think that the card they chose is a good match. There really are no wrong answers and it is fun to hear the different interpretations. Shipping was quick! Highly recommend.

We LOVED this game!

My 94 year old father-in-law was with us for Christmas and he is in the early stages of dementia. We are a big game playing family and was looking for something we could include him in. This was perfect! It was so fun to watch him making up stories to go with the cards - he didn't always carry on our thread of the story - but he was very descriptive in his own story describing his own cards - it was wonderful to watch! Thank you for this - a real "game changer"! ;)

I bought the game to try out with my mother who has mild-moderate cognitive impairment and ADHD. Ordering & delivery were seamless & swift, and our first experience with the game was terrific. We did a spin off of the dominoes suggestion and my mother loved it. She stayed focused, engaged, and excited by the images and experience of making connections. Watching her process also helped me to gauge where some of her cognitive strengths & challenges are at, which is super important information for us as we navigate her early dementia. We played two rounds of the game and she was enthusiastic about continuing to play more both that night, and in the future. This kind of relaxed, while also stimulating, activity for my mother was exactly what I was hoping for when I bought OuiSi. I'm very grateful & highly recommend!

The games I ordered before Christmas may have been stolen from my front step after delivery. Ouisi reached out to me in January to see if I was enjoying the games. When I reported I didn’t get them the resent them and I had them the same week!!

The photos are amazing and delightful. Everyone who played the games with us has enjoyed the time and appreciated the different ways photographers capture our world. The pictures and cards are an excellent quality!! Great company!!
