Jeff Field from the Redditch branch is an excellent viewing representative and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly for my viewing today.

We used this company to sell our property earlier this year. They kept us informed of the appointments and where in the process the viewers were, on the market, sold SSTC. They provided accompanied viewings but we were more than happy to show people around ourselves. Once sold we were well supported and kept informed throughout the legal process. They were able to recommend a solicitor who was efficient and did the work in a short time. They were always professional, friendly and helpful throughout the whole process always willing to help sort out our problems and anxieties at a moments notice.

Shown around 55 Devon Road, Rubery by Jeff Field. We were given a warm welcome on arrival at the property, were allowed to spend as much time as we required viewing the property, and our questions were dealt with politely.

Like some of the other 1 star reviews, quite literally the worst estate agent you could ever hope to deal with. They are pleasant enough to speak to but have ZERO idea on how to progress a property sale. Their recommended solictiors Parkinson Wright are a liability. Both companies spend more time on vacation than Sofia Vergara and are impossible to contact or get a response out of. I would not be surprised if they ever make a sale. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The viewing representative was Jeff Field, I have to say he was very pleasant very knowledgeable on the property could answer everything we asked , I wish all estate agents had staff that have knowledge on the properties that they are showing potential buyers around .
