Sale was protracted. Staff supported multiple viewings
Excellent communication and proactive in getting status updates from solicitors particularly buyers solicitor who was obstructive. I would like to thank in particular Lisa Sulivan and Sally Ann Duggan who went the extra mile. They are credit to Oulsnam.

If Carlsberg opened an estate agents...
My expectations were way, way exceeded by the Rubery team. I was selling my late fathers house as executor for several beneficiaries and things were anything but straightforward. Lisa and her team were just brilliant (big up Sally-Ann too!) . They became my trusted advisors and kept hold of the ball when I was unable to. Kept me on top of things (they were ahead of the game) and made what often seemed to be a difficult situation very easy. Informative, clear, concise and on point throughout. Lovely people too... what more can I say?.. SOLD!

I had a great service from Oulsnam. They sold my property rather quickly after another estate agent sat on it for months without any progress. I would highly recommend them!
