Phoned Our Pass and they could not find my account despite me calling them 10 minutes ago when they found my account! Also could not put me through to someone else or a line manager.
The fact that you have to use the same device or some files are too large or that you are asked to provide front and back for your ARC, yet on your phone it only accepts one image!
The fact that Our Pass is not friendly to those whose first language is not English...
Get with the times!

You are a scammer
You are a scammer, you hold people money without any means of communication, doing silly upgrade without informing customer before, they didn't have customer care number, they didn't treat their customer well..... They are buch if scam❌❌❌❌, Nigerian should abstain

We completely understand your frustration and thank you so much for reaching out to us with your feedback.
As we understand it, You made a transfer into your OurPass wallet but you didn’t receive it yet.
On our end, our finance team checked and the transaction was recorded on our end. However, we couldn’t locate the sender’s account information.
For our engineers to locate that transaction to credit it into your wallet, we need the sender’s account details. That's how we would be able to locate your transaction and credit it into your wallet.
If you could check back with your sender because we're sure they will have an account number associated with it, we will be able to immediately credit that transaction into your OurPass wallet or even reverse it back if you'd like.

It has been difficult recently making use of Ourpass. It is either enter your BVN, also if you are Male,female or any other. After, it will keep rolling. This was not the case before now
