Still waiting…

I’ve been a customer since this company was Virgin Pure, and for years I was really happy with both the product and service. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been very disappointing.

After moving to a new flat, an engineer visited over a month ago to reinstall my water filter. However, the installation couldn’t be completed due to unusually sized pipes, and I was told they didn’t know how to proceed. Since then, I’ve received an email saying my case is still open, but I’ve had no clear updates or resolution.

In the meantime, I’m left with a water filter I can’t use, I’m still being charged monthly for filters and care, and I’ve had to spend extra money on bottled water.

I would really appreciate a clear plan and timeline for resolving this issue, or a pause in charges until the machine is operational again. This level of service is not what I’ve come to expect.

Stay far away

Ruined my parents wood worktops. My parents have not been using the system for the last few months and spent thousands on the damages, OurTaap has declined to give us a refund for the months of non usage.

Awful experience

I've had an awful experience with Our Taap and their customer service has been completely unacceptable.

I moved into my property to find one of their taps already installed, clearly left being by previous tenant. Since then, I have called multiple times asking them to come and disconnect and remove it. Every single time, I get the same robotic response "The previous tenant still has a contract with us, so we can't remove it."

I have repeatedly explained that the previous tenant moved out and I now own the property, but they simply do not care. There is zero flexibility, zero accountability, and no attempt to resolve.

What is even more shocking is that they told to just disconnect and throw it away. For a company that claims to care about sustainbility and reducing plastic aste, this is incredibly hypocrticial. Encouraging people to just dispose of their equipment rather than properly recovering and recylicing it completeley undermines their environmental messaging. When I questioned them about it, they simply didn't care!

Overall, it has been frustrating and disappointing. I would strongly advise others to think twice before dealing with them.

I recently had the pleasure of speaking with Ezekiel regarding the installation of a tap water system, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. She was incredibly kind and patient, taking the time to explain every detail clearly and comprehensively. Her ability to break down the process made everything easy to understand. Moving house

Paul was brilliant, he called to let me know when he is coming to uninstall my water filter system, he is polite and friendly. He then returned the same day!
To have my water system uninstalled and then install on the same day was super. Paul always goes the extra mile, to make his customers happy. Thanks Paul 🙂

My water machine would not work

My water machine would not work, called the service number and was very helpfully assisted machine now working thankfully.
Person that assisted was very professional and friendly and patient.
