They delivered to a address not on order, Nil contact been made with multiple attempts via email or phone numbers.

Still no seat cover and paid express to garentee delivery.

My order is over 2 hrs away from my home so cant just go collect.

Tried to correct in first hr of wrong home, not even the delivery company would pick it back up direct freight express.

Still not resolved no seat cover been resent

i paid $57 with postage i should of bought on ebay total price with free postage $27.99

I thought it was australian delivery, but it charged extra international tax. I thought it was australian company.. The delivery took a bit long time, about 3-4weeks?
The product was alright.

Hi the seat covers are exactly what I ordered. The problem is that I ordered it for the wrong type of car.... do these covers match a 2017 pajero sport?

Item purchased and received. Box arrived damaged with items easily falling out and obvious paint rubbed off. Contact made via email, phone and FB with no response 10 days later. Claw back through bank has been lodged at OFT advice.

The team at outbackers sure are busy folks.
I can say that my query was resolved, in this example I got to keep the sherpa kiker 3/4raincoat & for the most part I recieved an almost in full refund as well.
I can't ask for more than that ,overall outbackers has great quality products, quick dispatch, safe arrival to my p.o box here in Hobart Tasmania.
I can recommend this business as being safe,easy transactions, & will shop here again ,thankyou to the c.e.o who assisted me also ,.
* In relation to the sherpa 3/4 hiker raincoat,I can say that the coat itself is not too bad,however the hood ,definitely needs to be re-done ,as it's very narrow to try & put on & in addition, is way to big & out of proportion, perhaps if you were snowboarding and had z helmet on it may be more fitting, but as a standard alone for the hiker in the wilderness, it's a well.. not an appropriate fit at all .However in the SA.e transactions I got thd sherpa raincoat with hood (black) & credit where it's due ,this garment overall is a keeper & in overall good proportion as a waterproof raincoat .
2.5 stars for the shepa hiker coat ( the hood really let's it down)
