I'm always cautious when seeking purchase anything online, especially when it costs a few quid!
I'm a week after having my sauna delivered and installed by Kelly and Chris.
To date the service and product have been first Class. I asked numerous questions up front, all of which Kelly answered with transparency and honesty. I was also concerned about buying from a company 200+ miles from me, if there were ever any issues.
I can only speak a week in..but so far, so good.

Two years ago , I sustained a serious ACL injury and was on crutches and wore a leg brace for several months. I underwent intense physio therapy and, during that time, researched other ways to aid my recovery. I came across the benefits of contrast therapy . When I thankfully became more mobile, I went to contrast therapy centres to use their sauna and cold plunge baths and loved it. This type of therapy was so beneficial, not only for my physical health and recovery, but also my overall well-being. As I wanted to use this treatment as often as I could, I decided to invest in myself and my health, and purchase a barrel traditional sauna and cold plunge bath. Outdoor Living 365 offered exactly what I was looking for in terms of aesthetics, cost and function. I especially like the glass door on the barrel sauna as it allows me to look out and feel at one with nature, enhancing the experience. The wood materials compliments our outdoor space and the sauna is spacious and comfortable.
The cold plunge bath’s filter keeps the water cold and refreshed and the bath easily fits two.
Kelly, the founder, provided a brilliant and personal customer service and went out of her way to answer any questions asked.
The delivery was smooth and efficient.

From the first contact to the delivery and installation, Kelly and Chris could not have done more. Kelly helped me choose the best product for our needs, then they both worked to my exact timeframes installing the sauna while my wife was out and having everything ready for a birthday surprise when she got home!
The sauna itself is great. The bluetooth speakers are very good and the control panel easy to use. The roof panel is tough to protect against falling debris and the finish should last for years. The best part is the glass doors which provide a lovely view of the garden and help make the sauna feel even more roomy and avoid any feeling of being enclosed.

Outdoor living 365 went above all our expectations as a retailer. Answering my numerous requests for information on specific Blackstone Models.
They even contacted Blackstone on my behalf for some of the answers.
It was a large purchase and I wanted to be sure that I bought the right one for our needs.
The service provided from the start, right through to delivery was exceptional and they kept me informed each step of the way.

For the last few years, I have been researching sauna’s and looking at the products companies offer with a view to purchase one. The first thing that struck me was how expensive a lot of saunas are and the cost of the added extras. Due to the cost, I also researched sauna blankets, portable saunas and indoor sauna’s but they just didn’t meet my needs so I decided to wait until I found the right sauna.
At the start of the year whilst researching I came across the company Outdoor Living 365. I had not seen this company before and was pleasantly surprised to see that I could purchase a two-person outdoor infrared sauna for half the price of other companies.
I made several enquiries on the chat forum regarding the infrared wave length of the sauna, the specifications, the preparation instructions and the electrics and each time I received an answer within 15 minutes. Kelly who answered my questions was very informative and polite and made me feel confident with the level of customer service the company provided.
I purchased the sauna and a delivery date was confirmed around my calendar which was amazing. On the day of delivery Kelly and her husband Chris arrived as planned. Despite the background of the company being on the website I hadn’t read it and didn’t realise that Kelly who had been answering all my messages was indeed the owner of the company.
From arriving at my house to leaving they were so lovely. We chatted throughout the installation of the sauna about families, holidays and self-care. The installation was quick and when they left the garden was clean and tidy of packaging. We were made aware of all the sauna functions and before leaving they asked if we wanted anything else doing.
We have now had the sauna 3 days and absolutely love it. The product is very good quality and it is more than spacious enough for myself and my husband. Since having the sauna Kelly has kept in touch to ensure everything is perfect and to answer any questions we may have.
I cannot recommend Outdoor Living 365 enough. Their customer service is excellent and their products are amazing value for money. I have waited a long time for a sauna and our Saunaplunge Infrared from Outdoor Living 365 exceeded all my expectations.
