After sales service is non existence
After sales service is non existence, after purchasing my GMG Trek I called to enquire about the 12 volt power supply lead and was told by a staff member that someone would call me back tomorrow as it was 4:45pm and they were due to close at 5. Still waiting on a call back 3 weeks later.

It's all about the experience
Product was exactly what I wanted and price was competitive. Disappointed that I had to contact the company to receive an update on whether the order had shipped or not (this was 3 days after order). Once I contacted Outdoors Domain, they immediately updated the tracking status which was helpful. Their choice of courier was excellent, and once collected by the courier, my order arrived in Sydney from Melbourne two days later. I would encourage keeping the customer informed with latest info at all times, as that will improve the overall customer experience and provide greater support for advocacy.

FANTASTIC company to deal with
FANTASTIC company to deal with. Jonathan was amazing! They were prompt delivery, fast polite responses to emails, I bought a fabulous electric BBQ, all accessible I asked for delivered fast including a pizza stone. You can even buy seasoning. I will always purchase from this one company from now on.
