Prompt delivery
Prompt delivery, price was good, only issue was no phone call to let me know of delivery?
First thing I knew was when my daughter called me and said there is a large carboard box at your front door!
She arrived home after work, and no one was home to take delivery of our bar fridge...

The delivery company should be contacting you prior to delivery and ensuring someone is on site to sign for the delivery. We're sorry to hear this fell through and will raise this with the delivery company to avoid this happening in the future.

No Delivery
No Delivery, Got a refund, the website accepted the order waited and waited and finally emailed, where is my order, then came the refund and explanation ..a rush on the SALE and not sufficient stock.

I got product speedy pop up sunshelter model number spess 800 going for your advertise and price expecting great product,bit in the end huge disappointed and I will soon came and ask for my money back.... At the beach light wind and shelter was more in ground and sand than up...disaster

Waited 3 weeks for dismal customer service
We purchased our new BBQ and the White Glove Service. We were told it would be a two week wait. No problem, waited for the call, it never came.
Finally rang them at three weeks, they were quick to say it was assembled and ready to deliver the next day.
Great openend up the back gate, they delivered it to my garage, said it was a bit difficult to put together and said the lid needed a steel cleaner to take off the residue from the plastic he took off. I asked if that was it and he said yep all yours just needs a gas bottle and it was ready. Gobsmacked, that is the white glover service!!!!
Hubby and I were not happy and had to get it through our grass area on to the pergola with causing damage to our lawn or the BBQ. Once that was done Hubby found some loose screws and had trouble with the ignition switch. With time and trouble shooting we got it sorted but we believe the build wasn't up to the standard it should have been.
The White Glove Service is a NO Glove Service with very little customer service skills.

We're really sorry to hear about your experience surrounding delivery.
It seems there may have been some confusion regarding where you required this unit, as the delivery team were prepared to put this in place and would have been more than happy to bring this out the back to your pergola. They were of the understanding that you asked them to unload this into the garage and that this was where you requested the BBQ be left.
I'm unsure where the communication broke down and apologise that the service has fallen short. We offer this service as a way of going above and beyond for customers and can appreciate the disappointment if you feel this wasn't up to standard.
I attempted to call you following this review in an effort to discuss and rectify the situation, however, I haven't received a response to my voicemail. If you're happy to call us at your convenience, we can work through this in an effort to come to a satisfactory resolution.
