Great customer service and brilliant prices on items. However i did pay for next day delivery and due to staffing issues it was delayed. However when i raised the issue they did refund the difference.

Ordered some headphones at A Grade quality, by far the cheapest around for this model. They arrived after just 2 days even though delivery was estimated at a week, packed well and in perfect condition (new as far as I can tell). Will happily order from them again!

I purchased some earphones on the 6th of February with next day delivery and they still haven’t arrived (20/02/2023). I emailed nearly two weeks ago as to their whereabouts but have still not received a response.
