I am making this complaint publicly…
I am making this complaint publicly because I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received from this company.
I paid £210 in good faith for information relating to a holiday that I have not yet taken, only to discover that the information provided to me was old, outdated and not fit for the purpose for which I paid for it.
This is completely unacceptable. When a customer pays for a service, they are entitled to expect that the information provided is accurate, current and relevant. Providing outdated information while retaining the customer’s money raises serious concerns about the standard of service being provided and whether customers are receiving what they have actually paid for.
I have made it clear that I am extremely unhappy with this situation. The fact that I am now £210 out of pocket while being provided with information that is of little or no practical use is deeply frustrating.
What makes this situation even more concerning is the apparent lack of seriousness with which my complaint has been treated. Customers should not be made to feel as though their concerns are a joke when they have parted with a significant amount of money.
