The nippy double is a wonderful piece of engineering. It glides along even with 2 hefty toddlers in it. I found the help chat very responsive when I had a question. I do find collapsing it tricky but it’s a big lump of metal and it’s making me said that the black paint is getting scratched. I haven’t fathomed how to get anything into the large basket underneath as it seems to fit all the way to the seats. There are plenty of pockets and punches though. Would definately recommend

The advice I was given was quite frankly dangerous. Then when I tried to get hold of the person that had said it to me, another person had responded with just a returns address. No justification for their answer whatsoever, Will not be buying with these again.

Appalling customer service, automated emails and a non existent call centre. Ordered pushchair over a month ago only to be told it’s now out of stock and I’ll have to wait until June. Still waiting for a refund!!

I was interested in the Nipper Plus V6 with the switch bundle due to the parent facing set up. I had a few questions about it that were answered in full and really clearly over the phone and again on a follow up email on another query. Furthermore, the team were able to facilitate one of their bundle deals in separate parts as it wasn't all available and this included a hassle free, easy and quick refund of the difference. All in all a super easy and enjoyable experience. Thanks in particular to Thabos for their help.

Now the Nipper Plus V6. We live in an area with only winding roads and lots of off road to enjoy. We needs something with a rotating wheel that was big enough to comfortably go off road. We've been blown away by the V6 Plus. It handles everything even better than we thought and is clearly a better build construction than previous models that validates the price in our opinion. Better yet, our little one sleeps like a dream in the recline position (one of our reservations from going from their old faithful sleeping buggy from birth). There are many quality of life updates in this version that takes it up a notch. The recline strap is more durable and can be done with two hands whilst baby inside (before you needed three hands!!), the clips and bolts fit really firmly and securely together more so than previous ones, it's even more solid. We bought the switch too as we prefer parent facing. It deals with off road great and fits on super securely, no wobble like many attach on pieces on other buggies. The only drawback for some with the switch unit is It doesn't recline flat, this would be our only recommendation for improvement for the V6 complete set.

It packs down really neatly into a modestly sized hatchback. Loads of storage space. All round we're really happy and it's enhanced our ability to get out'n'about with our little one which is really important to us.

Exceeded expectations. My 9 month old has plenty of space to play, and sleep in the "nest". It folds very compact, easy setup, and take down. It is also lightweight.The blackout topper is a nice feature. It truly is a neat nest. I will be using this for many more months. Thank you!

Really enjoyed the pushchair. However the tyres perished after less than a year of use. I contacted customer service who told me the wheels are considered perishable items and sent me an invoice for £40. That's £120 for three wheels, every year. That seems a lot of additional money on top of an already expensive pushchair. Seems contrary to the advertised "use it and pass it on" - can only be given to someone who wants to spend £120 a year!

Contacted the help desk to find out information on which model pram we had & how to get spare parts & they were so helpful! Super quick responses & arranged an invoice immediately with exactly the parts I needed

I absolutely love my pushchair, its lasted 5 years so far ( 2 children) and I would always recommend one for an active family. I also love that you can buy spares to keep it going and looking fresh.
The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is the communication from the company at times can be poor. I recently purchased a new hood, seat insert set and every thing arrived but the foot plate, when I chased it I was told it would not be in stock till June. This really lets the look of the new set down. If I had known this on purchase I would have purchased another colour so I could refresh all accessories at once. I was given no option to send the burgundy set back and swap for another colour.

However, overall great pushchair.

It has been more than 10 days and my item is nowhere to be here yet, we looked forward to have it for parents/kids walk at school and Easter holiday but nothing but been sent back and forth just with no improvement after several emails.
We are going away and God only knows if it will eventually turn up so based on that I’d put 0 star if I could as it only brought stress and disappointment so far.

This pram can do it all. It’s smooth, it can manage rough terrain and most importantly for us it’s compact, folds quickly and fits in the boot of a car easily without taking it apart!

Customer service is very poor for the Nipper V5. Our rain cover for the Nipper single XL rain cover has perished and under a year old so disappointed. Our granddaughter is getting wet on her walk. Contacted Out n About on 3rd March and they promised to replace and still not received our replacement cover; despite lots of e-mails to chase. Don't bother buying from them.

I returned my old buggy as there was a recall to check, unfortunately mine got damaged in transit. I had a call from Rocco who said they would send me a new one out with no extra charge! They have been an amazing help and my son can now come out running with me again! (And I can get him to nap again!)

Good but not such a good product as advertised not so solid. The problem is when something goes wrong.

So the pram without incident started veering to the left all the time, they did arrange pickup and picked it up.

After that we've heard nothing, telephone does not get answered, you get cut off, musicians he on hold is worse than funeral music.

Absolutely zero stars when something goes wrong.

Dont get me wrong the product is good. But the customer service is the worst.
They initially provided me with false infomation which caused me to purchase the wrong bundle. They refuse to admit to their mistake amd rectify it. Thus costing me more money and still an on going battle. Their actual customer service number is always inoperable and some of their service consultants that email you are just as incompetent. Horrible experince had with out n about.

I am not happy with the new version of double buggy T6
I loved my old one so much .This one is very difficult to fold ,breaks are not reliable

I’ve never had an issue with out n about. I have a double V4, a single v4 which I both bought of the market place & bought myself a V5 brand new in 2023. Any issues I’ve had, I’ve contacted the customer service team and they’ve been really quick to to respond and so helpful. My v4 needed a new seat unit but I couldn’t get one on the website. They searched the warehouse and got one sorted for me! Recently my tyres got a puncture, I couldn’t get my hands on new wheels but customer service sorted tubes for me. I really couldn’t fault them and I do love their prams!

We bought an Out 'n' About Nipper V6 due to living on a remote farm and not having something build for purpose. The pram is wonderful, very sturdy and very easy to maneuver. We have had a few teething issues but all of which have been resolved quickly and effectively by the team!
