My order was sent quickly, and in recycled packaging, which I think more brands should do. Excellent to see!

I think this is my first ever bad review.

Placed an order, wasn't dispatched for over a week, even with express delivery, missing the birthday it was bought for. Emails to customer service ignored. Rang multiple times with promises of call backs with updates that never came. Finally got a call back to say the item may have been lost or never left the warehouse (they're not sure) but will be refunding me. No confirmation of refund has been received or idea when/if it will arrive.

No apology and no attempt to source a replacement item (even though still showing as in stock.

I would avoid this company, I know I will be.

Purchased a £40 tee that was only described as being of a “normal” size so I ordered my usual size L. I had to pay £5 delivery (which came via the awful DPD)
When it arrived the product was huge! Had to pay another £3 to return the original item plus another £5 to order a smaller size! This vendor needs to provide future and better details of its product sizes. Won’t be using them again - and the fact they use DPD (whose driver slammed our front door in haste and shook our house) is another minus point as I’ve now got to find a printer to make my own return label 👎

Purchased a rain jacket from this company on sale for a reasonable price. They charged me, but then wrote a few days later to say they couldn't supply the jacket at the moment and immediately refunded me. I complained that the jacket was still in stock online, but no longer on sale, and asked whether they cancelled my order simply because they regretted pricing it so lowly. Naturally, no reply. The jacket is still showing as in stock, so all I can conclude is they changed their mind after charging me for it. This kind of practice should be illegal.

I am very impressed with the customer service at this company, the team have consistently replied very quickly and have been really helpful when I have spoken to them. Everyone I have had any communication with has been friendly and keen to help. With particular thanks to Megan for her support with my recent return. I would like to thank the company for their flexibility when my return parcel got temporarily lost in the post, a time which was quite stressful for me, and the parcel was able to be located and the return resolved.

They made it very difficult to return the expensive Hoka walking shoes I ordered, demanding photos and being rude. I would never use this company again. In the end I did not get a refund!

I was gifted a Mont Bell bag at Christmas and after little use the bag split so I returned it to the Liverpool store. The return was handled badly by the male member of staff (manager???). He was reluctant to offer an exchange and unpleasant throughout. He repeatedly offered tape for a repair. Eventually he agreed but at the end of the transaction said dont expect another if it happens again. I'm not sure this is on accordance with my rights as a consumer.

Not only did my items arrive duper duper quick... I spoke to the store (confused on Asian/UK sizing) ... I must have asked 3 or 4 questions... the lady I spoke with was so patient and found out everything I needed to know, she was delightful, thank you xx

Excellent customer service, they answered my question about exchanges within an hour and sent the right size the same day, which I received the very next day also their prices beat most other like for like stockists. I am very happy with them and recommend any runners out there to checkout their website

Placed order and they can’t count stock right so emailed me two days later saying they can’t fulfil it. Cheek to offer a 10% discount on my next order like i’d want to give them money aswell.

Purchased Christmas present for a grandson. The order arrived on time and was well liked by the recipient.

Absolutely awful customer service. my order was not delivered to the correct place, my business is within a building that also holds other businesses and flats. The order I placed was for my partners birthday, and was worth £400. They said I had to wait for a refund whilst they do an investigation with DPD. The picture DPD uploaded is clearly some random lobby, which does not clarify as delivering to a safe place or into my actual person. They are not legally allowed to do this. My partners birthday is ruined, I am £400 short and stressed. DO NOT BUY from these guys.

Really good customer service when I contacted about an order. Quick and simple reply that made it very clear.
